On Thursday 24/09/2025, 13:30 (uk time), my EURCAD sell order was triggered, it went to full TP only to see i made a loss on Equity Edge. I contacted them and they told me the trade hit SL. I showed them the chat and it was evident that the trade never hit SL, then they were silent.

Honestly, save your money and invest in another propfirm. All the promo offered by EQUITY Edge is a waste if they make sure you never win. Other people have complained this prop firm dont pay to..

All good with the company until it is payout time. There is a reason they are the cheapest.

Good customer care and I thank Chelsea for helping me get my contract.

Since I traded 4% in a single trade, they disabled my account with the reason that I violated the rules ‘gambling’. The support is completely unprofessional and they don’t give me a single explanation why it was considered ‘gambling’. Beware, they have hidden rules and you can’t get a payout from them!

I was in the chat for 3 hours. They kept telling me to wait and that they would get back to me. Waited at least 40 min for one message and then had to wait another 40. I also used paypal as payment but they were asking me for my card details for some reason. Eventually my problem was resolved but at that point I had contacted their website support, mail too so I have no clue who really helped me

They have cheap prices because you can never withdraw any payout.
100% they have hidden rules, be careful!!

Very disappointed with Equity Edge honestly, I have passed my evaluation last week Thrusday and yesterday I’m being told that I cannot be given a live account because of “breach of News Rule”I’m an experienced trader and it’s not my first time with prop firms all statistics shows on MT5 that I didn’t open any trades two minutes before or close two minutes after!!!

I opened a trade 7 minutes after the news and I have all evidence, I’m honestly disappointed about this prop firm it’s not worth it anymore👎👎👎 and John in the discord very unprofessional & cannot even listen to your queries carefully 👎

1 or 2 time i beak the rule 2 min but they eat my all profit and account reset have no proper ans only say that you break the 2 min rules if you have the rule 2 min so inform instant when I break but no they tell you after payout and rejected your payout and close your account this is like cheating if I make money to break the rules to just deduct that amount but no they eating you all profit not inform at the time but what they inform after paumyout now I know why people say funded account are scam they run a scam and eat people hard work and time this is not rgt way business it's scam

Nah this is wild....I said I would be coming back to write another review since I got funded with them last time....yup I'm here...in a nutshell they won't pay you....they pay only influencers that will attract people to buy from them....other than that you won't get paid...I was funded and when it was time to request for payout they rejected my payout and deactivated my account for copy trading.... fortunately I only have one account with them they said I copy trade with an account that was breached ages ago I couldn't stop laughing....they also force people to write positive review about them so 95 percent of the positive review you see on here is forced and not genuine they just want to convince others people so they can extort from them

Everything was good until it came to those stupid little rules they apply. I had 2 accounts, one challenge and one instant. The first trade I took on the instant "blew" the account even though the trades were respective of their rules. The challenge account blew when i put a sl but it magically ran through it and breached my account. Moral of the story is cheap things come at a cost.

I traded two accounts manually with EquityEdge, met all the payout requirements, and followed their rules. Despite this, when I requested my payout, they falsely accused me of copy trading. Trading two accounts manually is not copy trading — it is simply trading, and EquityEdge is misusing this excuse to avoid paying.

When I asked for proof, they couldn’t provide any clear evidence. Instead, they relied on vague terms & conditions that give them the power to deny payouts at will.

This is unacceptable. A legitimate firm should:
• Pay traders who followed the rules.
• Provide clear trade evidence if they claim violations.
• Not use false accusations like “copy trading” to withhold money.

EquityEdge may let you pass their challenges or deposit funds, but when it’s time to collect profits, they can simply deny your payout with no proof.

I do not recommend EquityEdge to any trader. There are far better and more transparent firms in the market.

Instant Accounts are manipulated and you will never make a withdrawal no matter how good you are at trading. I followed every rule and complied with everything. But they ended up making up things and disabling my account. After back and forth arguments with me providing proof that I followed all the rules they block me from their discord and moved on as if nothing happened. Those 50% discount + free accounts are scam. Don't fall for it they are running a prop firm pyramid scam

Terribly bad bunch of scammers they just give payouts to influencers and traders initially, then once you get a grip and take good trades and get 3-4 payouts they’ll say that you’re doing group trading wtf is that and how is it provable, and they dont just breach the account it clearly means that they see potential of the trader and decide to ban them very cheap and unworthy prop firm
I took 10k 2 accounts step 2, passed and requested a total payout of around 550$ and they just banned me took accounts back and even blocked my account and i cant sign in the dashboard

Dopo aver superato le due fasi della challenge e ricevuto un primo payout di 490$, alla richiesta del secondo payout ( 1,500$ ) mi è stato negato il pagamento. La motivazione? Equity Edge sostiene che io abbia utilizzato due account.
Il bello? Ho sempre avuto un solo account!

Alla mia richiesta di fornire prove concrete di questa presunta violazione, non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Silenzio totale.
È inaccettabile che una prop firm si comporti così: ti fanno passare le fasi, ti pagano un piccolo importo per sembrare affidabili, e poi appena richiedi un payout più consistente si inventano scuse per bloccare i fondi.

Questa è la mia esperienza reale e dimostra chiaramente che Equity Edge non ha alcuna intenzione di pagare seriamente i trader.
Il mio consiglio a tutti è semplice: state assolutamente alla larga da questa prop firm, non perdete tempo e denaro con chi non rispetta gli impegni presi.

Ovviamente, sarò pronto a modificare questa recensione se Equity Edge dimostrerà trasparenza e mi pagherà quanto mi spetta.

Equity edge just keep getting better the discounts are crazy for the account sizes they are offering. Just recieved a 25k will see how it goes 😀. To get the account from the offeri created a ticket, John an EE staff team responded quickly and answered my ticket regarding the account he is a great admin and has always been a good member ever since he joined the moderation team.
