Excellent Service
I spoke with two customer service representatives this morning. The first representative wasn’t particularly helpful, so after the call I decided to ring back. Fortunately, I then spoke with Manesh, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He immediately understood what I needed, remained patient throughout, and guided me through the entire process. Great service from Ramsiya again
Great service from Ramsiya again , she kept to her word and called us when everything was in place to make the ISA transfer . She has been absolutely brilliant all the way through the process and has also offered to help with further dealings .
