Fantastic customer service…
I ordered a wooden toilet seat from Envy Bathrooms and it arrived promptly which was great but on opening the sealed box, the wooden colour of the seat itself and the lid didn't match.
I filled in a returns request form and sent a photo; it was dealt with within 30 mins in a very pragmatic and sensible manner with a replacement being arranged immediately - absolutely no quibbling, without hesitation and apologies for the inconvenience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Appaling returns
This company wouldn't accept a perfectly packaged, unused item that we wanted to return, due to the wrong item being ordered, because we had written on the parcel tap 'replacement tap' for our plumber.
The items, and box were in perfect condition. be VERY careful when ordering from this company - check their returns policy beforehand- We have just lost £300.

We do our best to make our returns policy clear at the point of purchase and on our website. As stated in our terms and conditions, we’re unable to accept returns for unwanted items beyond the 14-day return window. Additionally, for a return to be approved, the item and its packaging must be in a fully resaleable condition. Unfortunately, writing directly on the product packaging compromises its resaleability, which is why we were unable to accept the return in this case.
We appreciate that this may feel strict, but as a business, we must ensure that all returned items meet the standards required for resale. That said, we’re always open to feedback and will continue reviewing our processes to improve clarity and customer experience.

My original choice was out of stock but I was given the option of a similar alternative which is perfect.
The colour is just what I wanted and it comes with a matching drain cover.

Good Afternoon Eva, it looks as though Parcelforce attempted delivery on the 15th, and again on the 16th without success. It is currently held at Parcelforce's Gatwick depot. Please call us to discuss rather than leaving a review before we can find a solution for you.

I hate doing this but they sent the…
I hate doing this but they sent the wrong tray and the plumber charged me to cut the wall out. Very little they could do. But they should check before they send. I checked everything for damage but I didn't think to run a tape over the tray. Obviously no chance of compensation just equates to a loss to me
