Slow delivery
Advertised delivery in 3-5 working days. After 7 days, I chased them as the status of the order had not changed. Then delivered 3 days later, so a total of 10 days. Quick response to my emails, but with words, not actions. I suspect I would still be waiting if I hadn't contacted them.

BEWARE: Make sure you don't have to return anything
Took them over a week to tell me that the toilet I ordered was out of stock, so I picked another one which they then took another week to deliver (only telling me on the day it was due).
The worst part though is that, because I had changed the toilet, the cistern no longer fit (which they hadn't bothered to tell me), so I had to return it.
Upon recieving it back they then refunded me MINUS 15% "administration fee"!!!
When I queried this they ignored me at first then pointed me to their Returns page where it was hidden under a tab labelled "Non-Returnable Goods / Administration Charges". who would ever look at that if they were returning something?!?!
Outrageous nickel and diming from a cheap, nasty, duplicitous company.
EDIT: As I suspected this "Administration Fee" is illegal (Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 Provision 14. and a law firm, Legal Vision setting it out in plain English on this page: Can Retailers Charge a Restocking or Admin Fee for Consumers Returning Goods?).
I contacted Envy Bathrooms with this information and they called me a liar and 'malicious' and refused to engage with me further. I'll now be contacting Citizens Advice to see how best to proceed.

Section 14 states that On the cancellation of a contract under regulation 10, the supplier shall reimburse any sum paid by or on behalf of the consumer under or in relation to the contract to the person by whom it was made free of any charge, less any charge made in accordance with paragraph (5). Our terms and conditions are written by solicitors.

Had the items but don't assume available = in their stock
Envy had the items I needed at a fair price. However be aware of the availability shown on the web site. It does not mean that they have it in their stock so delivery times may be longer that might be expected from the web shop. Customer service were responsive to my deliver enquiry.
