Communication good, delivery process poor
Communication good, product as expected but delivery process was poor in that goods were in open boxes with inadequate packaging and goods could have easily been damaged. The driver just left boxes without knocking and did not ask for the PIN number provided for the delivery.

The bath we purchased was missing all…
The bath we purchased was missing all the necessary bolts and screws. It appeared that the bag had been opened by someone previously as the instructions were stuffed back in the bag. Ended up paying additional money for replacement bolts and screws and time lost with builder needing to get replacements. I phoned Eny Bathrooms and explained the situation but they never got back to me as promised.

We apologise if there has been any miscommunication on our part, especially regarding the follow‑up call you were expecting. Excellent service from Sam at Envy Bathrooms
Sam supplied a Tavistock vanity unit for my bathroom and was excellent throughout. She answered all my questions about fitting the unit quickly and professionally. When my plumber accidentally damaged a fascia board during installation, Sam was able to source a replacement straight away, no fuss at all. Happy from start to finish, and would recommend Envy Bathrooms on the strength of this experience.

Advertise items for sale that are not available - which I only found out after I chased delivery and they looked into it. Blamed the supply company. Refund issued.

Excellent and poor!
Firstly I would like to say how helpful Sam was on the sales line. She was very understanding of my mistaken order and help in getting the correct order delivered. I paid, rightly, for both deliveries. Unfortunately I was charged 18% surcharge because I’d opened the first box. I hadn’t removed the item and resealed as was. So, 10 out of 10 for Sam and the driver, Scott. 1 out of 10 for taken advantage with the surcharge.
