Good value and good service
Bought a Lake's shower and the overall price was very reasonable. Ther was a problem on the day of delivery but they e-mailed me to explain and apologise for thee delay, and delivery was madee the next day.
Happy with the experience.

When checking the website on 22nd July…
When checking the website on 22nd July it said my item was available, Now 30th July 14-44pm I still haven't received my item, I have a royal mail tracking but time keeps amending. I could've got this item the next day at other stockists if I'd known they didn't have it in the warehouse. Typical big corporate mentality of not updating their website or do they intentionally do this to get more orders. Never again!
Re reply below - firstly the order wasn't dispatched promptly, and it was not available in your warehouse as confirmed by a phone call. Secondly no attempt was made as my family have been at home all the time, the delivery driver eventually turned up a lot later and this was his first delivery.
You are basically making your answers up with no factual content. This makes it worse.

We have checked your order, and the item was in stock at the time of purchase and was dispatched promptly via Royal Mail. The tracking details were emailed to the contact provided at checkout.
Royal Mail’s tracking currently shows that delivery was attempted, but there was no answer at the address, which is why the delivery time keeps updating. Unfortunately, we do not control Royal Mail’s delivery attempts or their tracking updates, but we do monitor them closely to ensure orders reach customers as quickly as possible.

Dispatch timing:
Your order was placed on 22nd July at 1.17pm and dispatched from our store on 24th July an email was sent 1:54pm to provide tracking details , which is within the quoted 2–4 working day dispatch window. The item was available to order and shipped in line with that timescale, but I appreciate that this may not have matched your expectation of “next day” availability.
Tracking and delivery attempts:
We rely on the Royal Mail tracking system for delivery updates and attempted‑delivery information. Our previous reply was based on the data shown on your tracking number at the time. I fully accept that your experience at home may differ from what Royal Mail’s system recorded, and I’m sorry for the frustration this has caused.
Communication:
We do not have a record of a phone call on our system, only the web chat, which we responded to. If you spoke to us by phone and felt the information given was unclear or contradictory, I apologise—this is not the standard of service we aim to provide.
I understand this situation has been disappointing, and I’m sorry that our explanations have added to your frustration.

She got in touch with the manufacturer straight away and arranged for a replacement to be sent directly to us. Sent a toilet out with a crack rim then…
Sent a toilet out with a crack rim then charges you a fee to return it. and zero help when calling.Basically once they’ve got your money ur done with. It then cost me 60£ with dhl to send back a heavy toilet that dhl then broke.i called an envy then a Women said yeah not our problem now its broke, nothing we can do. As much as it isn’t their fault it broke on the way back it was already going back to them due to the crack. The women said we’d have to look on to it as if I done it when I told her I had upload pictures of the crack which was the same day it was delivered on the returns form,she didn’t seem to care about that part, so £60 and whatever their fee is by the time it would have got there off the £170 toilet just seems like a waste of time. U just need to pray if you order anything that you have no problems as it will cost you money they won’t be liable for anything even if it’s their fault

To clarify the situation, the original return request submitted was for two toilets that had been incorrectly ordered — not for an exchange or a fault investigation. As outlined in our returns policy and terms & conditions, customers are required to return unwanted items using a recognised courier and to take reasonable steps to ensure the goods and packaging are protected in transit.
The item was then sent back via DHL and unfortunately became completely destroyed before reaching us. As the product never arrived at Envy Bathrooms and was damaged beyond inspection during transit, we are unable to process the return or provide further assistance. This is in line with our policy, which requires items to be returned to us in a condition where they can be assessed.
We appreciate that this has been a frustrating experience, but we must follow the same process for all customers to ensure fairness and consistency. All members of our team care about the service we provide and will always aim to support customers wherever possible.

Not very helpful when the incorrect shower enclosure was ordered, told us it was are own fault and they wouldn’t change it. We spent over £2000 so you would’ve thought they been more helpful
