Clothes delivered without care labels so unable to verify whether they were Merino wool or not. Also directed to return to China address - not made clear before the purchase. This is clearly a UK storefront operating to sell cheap, knock-off products.

If there was a No star rating then this is what I would give. Blimey I ordered a Suede Jacket, clearly an AI photo now. I got a piece of tat/rag, I would not have paid a £5, let along £62.00. Like most others I was sucked into the name Elle London but unfortunately from China, that is now costing me money send back. They offered me £6 compensation to keep, but on principle I will be returning. More annoyed at myself for being sucked in. Please if you are reading these reviews DO NOT PURCHASE.

SCAM! Horrific experience with Elles of London. It is a scam. Clothing is cheap crap from China. I ordered a business jacket and after waiting nearly three weeks, (they claim they’re London and I live in London….go figure!) I threw the jacket straight into the bin.
It would have even been insulting to a homeless person.
A scam of all proportions. Stay well clear….

I have previously ordered from Chinese run companies on Temu and received good quality items at a fair price.
However, I would honestly advise not to order from Elleslondon given my recent experience. Elleslondon tricks customers into thinking their products are stocked from a London boutique.
Despite frequent customer complaints they are continuing to fraudulently describe their products. They mislead customers by advertising their products at reduced sale prices. I ordered a 'leather' tote bag, on offer reduced from £81 to £41 which turned out to be PU, ie faux leather. As soon as I opened the package when it eventually arrived, it smelt strongly of sythnetic fabric and had the look and feel of a 'carrier bag for life'. Nothing like the photographs on their site (which appear to have been appropriated from other sites selling genuine leather tote bags?). I immediately emailed to say that I wanted a full refund - 30 days according to their policy. Three emails followed from them offering first 10%, then 20%, then finally 30% off. All of which I refused since I explained more than once that I did not want plastic in the first place. They eventually sent the return address - located in China for which cost is prohibitive. My returned parcel is still in Hangzhou customs and has still not been collected by the company's 'agent' - a ploy to refuse a refund, hoping customers will just give up and just take the loss.
I would still be waiting for a refund now if I had not gone to Nat West to claim back my money which I received within 2 days of contacting my bank

I ordered a blue ‘cashmere’ cardigan. I was sent a grey piece of rubbish, there wasn’t even a grey on the webpage, I will explain how badly it is made, looks nothing like the elegant item on their website. Raw edges, threads everywhere, ugly buttons (holes forced in wool to make button holes) flares out one side and buckles on the other. So short it looks like a child’s cardigan (I’m only 5.1 so nothing is usually short on me!) No wash care label or anything to say it is cashmere, obviously it is not. I am still waiting for a refund of a second item that was ordered by accident, they emailed me to say other people had problems with this and they would refund me, I’m still waiting. I want to return the shabby cardigan but as others have found you have to return items to China at your own expense, far from it being a 30 day refund policy. I cannot stress enough to anyone reading this that this Company is a SCAM, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Just got my supposed wool/cashmere jumper. Appalling quality. I should have known better. Too good to be true. This website is a scam , pictures are very good but don’t expect this will be the ordered garment. I shall not bother to return it as from previous reviews they don’t make it easy. Just remember it is a scam website, do not but anythng from it!!!!

SCAM SCAM!! Please do not order from here. Items are nothing like photos. In fact I would take the dress that came for free let alone pay the £50 I paid for it.. literally cheapest material you could find, ordered an S looks like a literal potato sack..except that a potato sack is made out of higher quality material..this company makes a bad Temu purchase look like a Gucci find. The dress was one of the most offensive looking things I have seen in a while..puts catfishing to a new level. And even though their return address on the delivery package gives an uk address they want YOU to return it to china tracked delivery. Would have given 0 stars but wasn’t an option.

Item ordered,took a month to arrive, appauling quality, not remotely as described or the images provided.

Refused to provide a returns label and offered a 10% discount.

Absolutely not adequate.. I still need to go a buy waterproof yard boots..

I have just ordered a pink top but a pop up button showed a discount so when I clicked on that, I ended up buying the same top twice! I have seen in your reviews that this has happened to other peope as well! I would like to cancel the order, or you discount one of the tops right away. I have informed my bank and they will start a dispute if you do not cancel the order or refund one of the tops. I do NOT want to have to pay shipping cost to return a top back to China. The name of your firm suggests you are in London not China. This is completely missleading!

Please get back to me as soon as possible.

Although my jacket was described as leather , label inside say otherwise saying exterior is PU which is faux leather , it looks it to , it’s actually advertised elsewhere at under £20 about what it’s worth , also two week wait , from a company that states London , I’m thinking china .

Do not buy from them, I'm in the UK, ordered some items, the size guide is completely wrong, the items were much smaller than stated, will only refund if I cover costs to ship to china and cover custom fees or have a 10% refund.

This is a scam company.
* dishcloth quality clothes
*returns address in China
* want to see pictures before they approve a return
etc etc etc

Please don’t order from this company!!! It’s fake advertising ….All there clothing is made in China, very, very cheap material and looks nothing like the product advertised on the website. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered an item on 4 September and received message on 7 September stating item has been dispatched. It’s now been a week and I still haven’t received the item. Contacted customer service and they simply said it’s on route. The tracking information seems to still suggest it’s on route.

I am waiting for a reply to my email sent at the time of order 1939. I inadvertently ordered two of the same jackets due to a discount pop up and my credit card company not notifying me of payment. I asked you cancel one of the jackets and refund the discounted price. Please don’t burden me with return costs when I’ve given plenty of notice

This website is a SCAM. The clothes come from china and aren’t worth paying even £1 let alone the prices charged.

The items look nothing like advertised. The material is cheap. The fitting is basic with no shape.

Please be aware that if you need to return anything, you are liable for the postage cots to their return hub in China !

The clothing works perfectly for both casual outings and special occasions. I appreciate how easy it is to create complete outfits.
