A U.S registered business drop shipping cheap Chinese products.
Nothing to do with the UK or "London". If you try to track your order you have to agree to 210 vendors being sold your information, which obviously no right-minded person would do.

Just another site scraping data and using cheap Chinese products, whilst pretending to be a quality UK boutique.

This is a fake company. There was never a mother and daughter shop in London. Cheap products from China. Don't buy

Ordered a cobalt blue jacket (blazer style) which arrived more than three weeks after order to delivery. The photos on the website show quality material clothing at a "good" price. The reality of what arrived was worse than a drying cloth I use to dry the dog. The jacket was packaged in a small plastic bag which when opened was a ball of wrinkles. The cloth material is extremely poor and a refund is only available if you return the item, at your own cost, within 30 days, in the packaging, unworn, undamaged etc to ... yes China! The photos make the clothing look really good quality but the reality couldn't be more opposite. Save yourself the disappointment! I wish you could see the actual product delivered.

The clothes are nothing like the photos on website, decieving & misleading as I thought the clothes were coming from London ( short sighted as should have double checked) Material is very cheap. On complaining about a hole they offered 10% of item which wouldn't cover the repair. Definitely won't be returning. These companies should be banned, it is appallingly they can sell their clothing.

Ordered a winter coat that looked good on the pictures. It said £60 down from £199 .Assumed it was a uk brand. Trusted their fake trust pilot stars under the coat (which says 4 green stars) . It’s turned up as nothing more than a cheap temu dressing gown. Now I’ve done more research and I’m very worried I won’t get a refund at all by the looks of other people’s experiences.

The company has offered me 20% refund on an item that was £24. I don't wish to keep the item as it bears no resemblance to the photos on their site. It was meant to be a winter jacket. It is flimsy and hideous.
I will not be tempted to buy from them again.

Total and utter SCAM ARTISTS. They sent me the wrong size boots then I received this reply offering 10% refund or return to CHINA at my expense. Avoid at all costs (or the costs will be yours).

Nowhere in the site (that I could find) does it say “only after you return the item to China and wait for us to collect it from customs”.

Ive just spent £100 on this online shop thinking how lovely the website looks..

I then looked at the reviews and then realised the company isn't in London but in China instead!! I asked for a refund straight away as I know the items wouldn't be sent out yet.. They totally ignored my emails. They shouldn't be allowed to have such a beautiful website that is obviously false and doesn't even belong to them! How do they get away with it. They should be prosecuted for offering a service that is obviously false. I am so angry with myself for falling for this scam!!

They're not based in London They're in China and you can't return items unless at your own cost which wont be refunded

I cancelled my order by emailing them to stop the shoes from being dispatched. They have not replied to any of my emails and have already taken money from account!

zero stars, they are 100% scammers. They operate by delivering extremely poor quality items and then processing partial refunds. It is challenging to dispute the transaction via your bank as you would have to return the items to China first, which in most cases is just not worth it. It is equally difficult to challenge via the Action Fraud.

This is absolutely shait coming from China. With no return guarantee as they give you wrong address and would send wrong item. Absolutely horrible '24 hours customer care' from China or other shait.

Still waiting for my order and will request a chargeback now from my card supplier.

Wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered.
Did not realise I was buying a product in China. Still waiting for shoes to arrive.
I would not have bought from this company if I realised items weren't already held in UK, and that they use Evri, another good reason to avoid.
Disingenuous company name.

If I could pick 'no stars' I would. This company have named themselves to deceive the buyer. They are not based in London, they are based in China. Refunds/ returns are at the buyers cost to an address in China. Poor life choices by those that have set up this shadey business

Website is easy to use and im happy with my purchase

I ordered a pair of shoes. The shoes that I received were not what I ordered. Nor did they have any labels or tags on them and they were not in proper packaging. One shoe was wrapped in bubble wrap. The other shoe was wrapped in a cloth bag. When I emailed Elles London, I received an email back informing me that in order to receive a refund, I needed to post them to an address in China via international shipping at my own expense. And they will only provide a refund once the item has been received with “labels on”. This company is a scam.

Do NOT buy from this so called company. I bought what was described as a Leather Tote Bag! It was not, it was a cheap plastic imitation.
Tried to send back, will cost £25.
The company that actually has the products they sell through Elle London is in China!
I emailed twice, they told me to keep the bag and be happy with a 10% refund!
What an unacceptable service!
The bag is horrible.
So utterly disreputable and disgusting!

SCAM!!! Do NOT buy a thing from this seller. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. They are selling substandard cheap products and market it like it’s a London based boutique. They refuse to give you a refund and ask you to ship to china. Do all you can to avoid them !!!
