Great experience with Elitewheels from start to finish. Excellent wheel quality, great performance and very competitive pricing. I’m extremely happy with my Drive Helix 57D and would definitely recommend Elitewheels.

I purchased a set of Gnar XC wheels for my Leadville 100 MTB race. The difference was immediate and profound. Spin up was faster, weight was better for climbing, engagement was terrific, and they held up to a very loose and rubble-strewn course. Not only are the wheels terrific, but the customer service was just as good. I liked the wheels so much, I wanted a second set for my other mountain bike. I had some glitches during purchase, but a representative was immediately with me on the chat, got me through the process and gave me the best deal possible. Elite Wheels customer for life!

Great products and even better customer service. They are very gentle and willing to help you! very satisfied! Carlo from Italy

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Elite Wheels. After ordering the wrong wheelset by mistake, I tried to return it in brand‑new condition. Despite weeks of back‑and‑forth messages, shifting explanations, and repeated promises to “check with a UK dealer,” the company ultimately insisted on deducting outbound shipping, duty charges, and even import duties on the returned goods — costs already built into the original purchase price.

They offered no meaningful support, no goodwill, and no flexibility, even though I was already paying the full cost to send the wheels back. The process was slow, inconsistent, and left me feeling misled and out of pocket.

Overall, this experience has seriously damaged my confidence in the brand. I wouldn’t recommend Elite Wheels based on how they handle returns, mistakes, or customer care.

and their response below is my casing point - steer clear guys

Bought the Drive SL 48D SS on release. I recieved them in less than a month. The packaging was really good and without any damage. The quality of the manufacturing is better than many other brands. The wheels paired with Evolve Cima frame provide a really good riding experience. I will definetely buy more products in the future.

Just received and unboxed: they look amazing, especially with black on black stickers! First impression after a 60km ride this lunch time: very reactive and light although the wheel's height profile. And with the wind coming from 3/4 front, actually very pleased with the stability!! So far so good. Look forward to other rides to further appreciate their qualities... let's see how they climb....

Great service and wheels

I bought MTB XC wheels, quality seems to be very good, after few hundreds km no issues noticed.

I ordered tt wheelset for my first Ironman full distance race .
Best product and service ever ! Martin was very helpfull , with everything , i could strongly recommended elite wheels.

Excellent Product! Very light, beatiful and incredibly smooth! Very satisfied with the product, the packaging and the delivery time.

Spectacular experience, the wheels are really good! I bought my first pair, and I'll definitely buy more.

Their customer service is great, I was doing routine bearing replacements and they provided detail instructions and video to correctly do the work myself.

The Drive SL 58D CS was ordered at the beginning of August and arrived on September 1st. If it rides as well as it looks, I'll be completely satisfied. Communication was excellent. This won't be my last order! A ride report will follow once the new Cima frame arrives.

Great product , great customer service

I bought a set of Drive G36s so I could run two wheelsets on my gravel bike: one set up for road, one for gravel. They've been exactly what I wanted. Fit, finish and performance are excellent... They look and feel like a premium product, and swapping between setups is quick and painless.

My first ride with them was the 65-mile course at the 2025 Michaux Gravel Race in PA (not a gentle introduction for a brand new wheelset). They handled it without any issues and have been solid on every ride since.

I also want to speak to my experience with Elitewheels support/service. Sunny on their customer service team has been amazing.... he even tried to expedite shipping so I'd have the wheels in time for Michaux, and he's been responsive and helpful ever since. That kind of support is hard to find.

A pesar de que el paquete pasó por varios transportes antes de llegar a mi país, las ruedas llegaron en perfecto estado.
Atención al cliente resolvió mis dudas mientras esperaba el paquete.
Muy recomendado.
