Charlie is a wizard at what he does, advice is so spot on.You walk into the showroom and its like being a kid in candy shop, vast selection of alloys to choose from. I have a Transporter T6.1 was a bit crash bang on my old tyres, Charlie advised to change to a larger wall thickness…So went for a 235/55/18 General Grabber Cross, WOW what a difference. Brilliant Customer Service above and beyond

Last year, Elite carried out 4-wheel alignment on both our family cars. Took the BMW back for a recheck after 9 months, and they were happy to put it on the ramp, and advised all was in good shape.
Such peace of mind only comes with great customer service.

Fitted some lowering springs to my Kuga and needed a company that could sort out my alignment, someone who knows what they are doing! Took a chance with elitewheels as I hadn't booked in advance, even though they were fully booked up they squeezed me in straight away as I had a long drive planned the following day. First class service from people that know their stuff and don't mess around. Super happy with everything they have done for me. Thank you!

Elite what a treat! I had a problem with swollen wheel nuts and another company couldn't get them off. I was recommended here and Elite were amazing. They replaced all my wheel nuts. They were professional, supportive and very quick service. I will be using them again to get my tyres in the future.

I was looking to import some USA made alloys Fuel Coverts as no one was selling them or having them in stock in EU or Ireland. The guys at Elite were fast to reply and with great detail took the time to advise me on the tire options for my VW T6 camper.
Cargo was packaged perfectly and arrived in Ireland without any damages. They are genuinely a trustworthy company with good after care and knowledgeable personable lads.
In the world we live in, it is hard to trust where to wire money to and will the company send on the good. So many scammers these days, so I was a bit worried about who to trust for a big order that needs to move between countries.

A bit early in the process as I have only just placed the order but felt I must leave a review....what absolutely EXCELLENT customer service! Having recently tried to use 'mytyres.co.uk' (as they were a few quid cheaper) I gave up as the customer service was non-existant....no replies to emails, phone or chat and slow in refunding after a mistake at their warehouse. The guys at ELITE however were absolutely brilliant, quick to reply, immediate clarification of my order (I made a mistake but got proper help in quick time), clear delivery plans and friendly too.....who could ask for more. I am confident that the product will be the same high standard as the customer service...watch this space. Thanks guys.

Well - time has come to revisit this review now that the wheels and tyres have been safely delivered to my door - three words - EXCELLENT - USE THEM.

Used to be fantastic and the best in town. Bought tyres from them for last 10 years. Sadly something has changed recently. They did a terrible job on my wife's car - wheels not balanced and tracking was shocking, but I thought everyone makes mistakes from time to time. I wanted to book my car for new tyres and tracking and whoever picked up the phone couldn't be bordered. It was painful for him to answer any questions or provide any customer service. Obviously too busy to care.

We have used Elite Wheels for over 30 years for all our domestic and commercial vehicle replacement tyres and wheels. Once again EW have come up trumps by repairing an air leak to a new tyre that was installed in an emergency 20 miles from home by another company. An unusual inner wall leak which EW investigated and fixed at no charge. Air now stays in the tyre! Great service and many thanks to Jamie and the rest of the Team. Regards Barry

I purchased my new wheels from Elite with some haste as I purchase quite a lot on line and I find this a difficult exercise however purchasing my new wheels from them was a breath of fresh air. Very helpful full on line and over the phone. That’s wright someone actually picks up the phone.
Again I would like to thank Charlie and the team for the wheels will definitely come back in the future if I need wheel. Check them out. A great company.

Excellent service again from Elite Wheels and Tyres in Reading. Can't recommend this company highly enough and I have recommended them to many friends. Always competitive on price and what they quote is what you pay (no hidden extras and VAT included).

Had to nip across to get some new tyres for a Navara whilst working locally. Met with the 2 lads in the reception, both extremely knowledgeable about what I wanted but more importantly what I needed, out came 4 different AT tyres, lads gave me a pros and cons for each along with a price. Didn’t push me to buy the most expensive ones but I did. Paid for the tyres and the guys in fitting had my old ones off and the new ones balanced and fitted within around 30 minutes or so. I even got a brew! Overall great experience, great lads and very presentable showroom and fitting area which was spotlessly clean and tidy. Good display of alloys and tyres,

Just been to Elite Wheels to get some MSW99 alloys & BFG tyres fitted to campervan. Top customer experience from all the team as I had a few questions prior to travelling over 300 miles (one way) to get these fitted. All questions answered promptly and fitted in under an hour. They look the business too. Jay helped me load my old ones in to van to, top bloke. Thanks guys.
