I bought my Elite wheels about a year ago and love them. I put them on my Salsa Timberjack which is my bike packing bike and they’re perfect. I worked with Gavin and emailed with him several times, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely buy another set soon.

On my third Elite wheelset now and still very pleased.
For the first time, with my new Drive II 65 wheelset, I had an issue with a small amount of lateral play in the front wheel. Elite (Martin) immediately sent both bearings and new end caps + reimbursed the bill to the bike mechanic for putting in the bearings.
Super quality! A+ service!

Hi Peter,
Thank you so much for your fantastic feedback!
We are delighted to hear this is your third Elite wheelset and that you remain satisfied with our products.
It’s great to know Martin offered timely support by sending replacement bearings and end caps, as well as covering your mechanic’s labour cost to resolve the lateral play issue.
We truly appreciate your continuous trust and support. Enjoy every ride with your Drive II 65 wheels!
Happy cycling!

Bonne route !
High quality, recommendable
I've bought 2 sets of drive 2 wheels (Black and Gold). These wheels are fantastic! Incredibly responsive, amazingly light and you can feel the power being transformed through them easily!
I prefer the look of the gold version on my bike as it matches the design of my frame.
I am very satisfied with my wheels and for dealing with Elitewheels.
Very good value for money, high quality and the customer service is probably one of the best experiences I've ever had!
They were writing emails to me during/after the shipping process just to make sure everything is ok.
Great job Elitewheels and special thanks to Sunny whom I was corresponding with during the shipping process.

Bonne route !

Elite Drive SL
Got my 2nd pair of wheels (the Drive SL 48D SS) from Elite. First wheels were the Elite Marvel II 65Ds. Both of them have been superb with no issues at all using them. Tires were a bit tight to get on but once had zero issues. The wheels arrived true and box and accessories were premium quality and properly packed.
Riding the wheels they are the perfect amount of stiff but compliant. They feel perfect for riding hard but also the steady cafe days. They corner well and ive raced them in multiple triathlons.
Dealing with Elite was super easy and their support staff is great and speak english well.

Great support for fantastic wheels.
I have had the Drive 50V on my bike for nearly two years. I love the way they accelerate quickly up to speed and hold that speed. They are also very light and good for climbing the numerous hills I ride in.
The wheels also handle cross winds very well, much better than my last very expensive set of wheels.
I had the misfortune two days ago while travelling at speed and hit a huge hole in the road which was hidden by shadows. As a result of the collision I had a pinch flat and the rim suffered a small crack. Given the size of the hole I doubt any wheel would have survived that hit. I managed to undo the brakes to stop the rubbing and was able to ride 8 km home.
I contacted Elite wheels and was blown away by the crash replacement policy and the ease of dealing with the company. Gavin was most helpful. I am waiting for my replacement wheel to arrive and to get rid of the terrible aluminium spare wheel I fitted.

We’re sorry to hear you hit a hidden road hole and damaged your rim, and we truly appreciate your kind words about our crash replacement support and Gavin’s attentive assistance. We’re glad our policy could bring you peace of mind after this unexpected accident. We hope your replacement wheel arrives soon so you can swap out the temporary aluminium spare and get back to smooth rides on your Elitewheels.

Solo oro e nero limitano l' utilizzo.

Buone pedalate!

I’ve ridden the drive 65d for 3+ years and really enjoyed the wheels and great customer service they offer. They were one of the first to hit the lightweight deeper wheeler with the carbon spokes. Wheels have stayed true, never had to adjust.
