Ordered a wheelset in 2024 and the whole process was great. I had a few questions about which depth would be better for me, and they spoke from experience with recs. Ordering was easy. Shipping from China to USA was way faster than expected (days not weeks). Thanks Joe and the crew!

Compré las CRW 50/60. Realmente son excepcionales. Ultra ligeras para el perfil y la anchura que tienen. Con una cámara de 28’ son cómodas y quedan a ras de llanta súper aero.
También me llevé las bielas y platos Cybrei. Son realmente increíbles. Rígidas y robustas con un peso de poco más de 300gr. Al comprarlo todo aquí. Me vino lo necesario para q nada fallase. Los tornillos adecuados y la araña que le corresponde. Eso me dio mucha tranquilidad.
En ninguna compra he tenido problemas de aduanas.

Here from Canada! Ordered a Gr-one gravel from them. No issues, smooth, the bike was well protected in a 5S precut foam. Nothing negative to say!

Sent a defective groupset, attempted to raise during installation to no avail. Wrote a review on the site to voice this, and conveniently, this wasn't published. If you still wish to buy Chinese products, converse with the brands directly or go to AliExpress.

Garbage. Would never purchase from them again. Their service is terrible and their product arrived damaged. Getting a refund harder than pulling teeth.

DO NOT BUY FROM PANDA PODIUM. These guys are a complete rip off. I ordered a set of wheels from them and i received a damaged product. The box had a huge hold on the side of it and the wheels had broken spokes. I refused the package and now have been battling with them for days trying to get my money back. UPS delivered the product to them and they are stating that they are still waiting for the wheels even though there is delivery confirmation.

These guys are a complete scam. For anyone out there looking to purchase from them, don't. Their staff is absolutely terrible and I get a completely different answer from them daily when I contact them. They can't give me a straight answer on why my refund has not been processed. It's complete BS. Do yourselves a favor and avoid these people at all costs.

Joe from Panda Podium had really surprised me when I ordered the overfast thru axel, at first I was unsure of the 3 pieces package and later found out he added light weight bits that fill out the headset gaps and a better looking lightweight seatpost cover, overall all of the products had been QC and picked with the highest quality. Keep the good work up.

Avoid! They carry products from manufacturers that don't fulfill warranty claims, even when they agree something's wrong. Want to warn others of such problems? Too bad! The site refuses to post negative reviews, which suggests they're colluding with their bad OEMs. Something's not right, despite trying to appear trustworthy by presenting themselves as fellow cyclists. The owner is aware and hasn't done anything. Maybe he'll explain these shady practices here since he didn't bother doing so for me.

Ordered a pair of wheels. All questions I had beforehand were answered accurately and timely. Very good communication regarding dispatch, delivery etc. Wheels came within a few weeks with no issues. Would buy from here again.

Great Service, the Bike Frame came within the time period they had stated, and it was in good condition, great shipping service, which I was able to track all the way through it, would recommend buying any Bike parts from this Company, very happy with the Frame, well-made quality Carbon Frame which was reviewed as well by Panda

Panda Podium was great for getting me my L-TWOO eRX v3 groupset in early summer of 2025, even amid the then-ever-changing tariff situation which existed at the time.

I built a sweet gravel bike with the eRX. If I ever break the rear derailleur, which I doubt I will, as this stuff seems pretty rock solid now (especially compared to first-gen eRX from 2023!), I'll put an eGR rear derailleur on there to finish what my original plan was (2x eGR, basically). That said, the eRX works plenty well even without a clutch in the rear derailleur, and happily eats an 11-42 cassette with a full 16-tooth gap between the chainrings. Massive range, and everything works perfectly.

wheels & cranks were delivered promptly to australia. I had a couple of teething issues with the wheels, PP were quick to respond & help me. From Australia they were responding within a few hours, probably due to the relative time difference.

I find the Pandapodium website very easy to use and well organized. The team is very responsive. When I had a question there were willing to help. The shipping is also very reliable. I my opinion the best place to buy cycling gear from china, because they test al the equipement you are sure that everything on the side is quality.

I have made several purchases with Panda Podium, it has been easy and quick delivery to Australia. I had a failure with an item and return and replacement was simply, one email with photos and replacement turned up in mail within a week.

Excellent communication from the team from start to finish, I ordered a custom paint Quick Pro and it arrived exactly how I requested. The frame is flawless and the ride quality is fantastic. Great service, value and amazing product.
