I've traveled with EF 4 times now. My most recent trip, Iceland: Winter Escape, was absolutely amazing. Our tour director was amazing and very knowledgeable about the country.

I highly recommend traveling with EF. They make everything incredibly easy. Not to mention, you will make great friends on the trip.

I really wanted to go on these trips it sounds so great on paper however the company canceled my trips four times due to not enough people/ operational availability problems… FOUR TIMES even if you have the money don’t trust this company will follow through and don’t book your flights in advance they could cancel everything whenever they want. I ended up traveling to the places I wanted to go solo with my own itinerary because I had already booked the flights so I might as well right and I saved so much money and way less hassle not having to rely on this company because they already let me down multiple times

Ive traveled multiple times with EF and warn everyone to avoid them. They're more interested in squeezing as much money out of people as possible rather than providing a good experience. Don't trust any of the positive reviews. They make travelers complete the reviews while still on the trip and stand over your shoulder while you do to make sure you leave a good review. And if anything goes wrong or you have any questions expect to be treated horribly by customer service.

I've been dealing with EF's Customer service and all I get is lies and deception. I had to cancel a trip and get the refund I am owed. I was told one thing on the call with EF and then received different information via email. When I continued to ask for my refund, they kept coming up with a different reason to withhold my money. With each excuse I was able to provide written proof of the excuse being invalid. When they couldn't come up with any more excuses, the answer I continue to get is basically 'our team lied to you and gave you the wrong information so we're not going to refund your money'

This trip was great. My dietary needs (gf and pescetarian) were accommodated extremely well by our tour guide, Jhayro. He knew the area very well, and it was enjoyable to have his lived experience play an important part into the trip and what we learned.

This trip changed my perception of EF for the better after my first excursion in Colombia in 2023.

I did "European Summer: Plus" which was 35 days across Portugal, Spain, Italy, and Greece and it was amazing! My tour director, Lefteris, always went above and beyond. He, and the EF team, did a great job planning things which meant I could have lot's of fun and no stress at all.
Also, my group was about 30 people and everybody was great. I was nervous to go as a single traveler but I made friends just like everybody says you do on EF Trips. Can't wait to plan another!

It was so convenient and planned so smoothly! I couldn’t imagine a better tour director or trip! Lefteris was incredible and the trip couldn't have been more perfect! It was the trip of a lifetime!

Going to Thailand was an amazing experience. I was able to experience a culture different from mine and just enjoy what Thailand had to offer. There was a mixture of city, nature, and beach on this trip.

This was my first EF trip and I am beyond impressed. As a solo female traveler, EF made me feel so much more confident about navigating airports and transportation to and from the hotel through their services. I also thoroughly enjoyed the activities we had planned. Touring different famous locations coupled with Alejandro “Alex’s” knowledge has afforded me a new appreciation and understanding of Mexican culture that I may not have gotten had I chosen to just travel by myself or with friends. I also loved the hotel we stayed at, it was in a very safe neighborhood and close to tons of cute bars, restaurants, and cafes!

This trip was incredible! It was a great taste of France. I wish there was more time at some of the smaller towns we stopped at and that we went to the Château Chambord. The food was wonderful and I didn't want to come home.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable tour of Greece with EF, and I can’t say enough good things about the entire journey! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this trip would be something special, thanks in large part to our wonderful tour director, Georgia. Georgia was nothing short of phenomenal. From the very first day, she made it her mission to ensure that each member of our group felt welcomed and comfortable. Her warm and friendly demeanor immediately set a positive tone for the entire tour. She was incredibly knowledgeable about every site we visited, sharing fascinating stories and historical insights that brought each location to life. Whether we were exploring the ancient ruins of Athens or taking in the stunning views of Santorini, Georgia's passion for Greece was evident and contagious. What truly stood out about Georgia was her dedication to going above and beyond for us. She took the time to get to know each of us personally, asking about our interests and preferences. Whenever there was a special request or need, she was always quick to accommodate, whether it was finding a restaurant that suited dietary restrictions or ensuring we had the best photo opportunities at iconic sites. Her attention to detail made us feel truly cared for throughout the tour. The itinerary was expertly crafted, striking a perfect balance between must-see attractions and hidden gems. Georgia’s insider tips allowed us to experience Greece in a way that felt authentic and immersive. From the vibrant markets of Athens to the breathtaking sunsets in Santorini, every moment was curated to create lasting memories. Additionally, Georgia was an exceptional problem-solver. There were a few unexpected situations during our travels, but her calm demeanor and quick thinking always reassured us. She handled every challenge with grace, ensuring that we could continue enjoying our trip without a hitch. The camaraderie that developed within our group was a testament to Georgia’s leadership. She fostered a sense of community, encouraging us to bond and connect with one another. Many of us left not just with memories of Greece but with newfound friendships that will last a lifetime. In summary, my tour of Greece with EF was a dream come true, and I owe so much of that to Georgia’s hard work and dedication. If you're considering a trip to Greece, I highly recommend going with EF and, if you’re lucky, having Georgia as your tour director. One of my favorite trips of all-time. The landscapes were absolutely stunning and the fellow travelers were friendly and kind! Try to aim for a sunny time of year for the full effects of the mountain views. The country is pretty expensive and most stores and restaurants close quite early, so factor that into your budget and evening plans. Be prepared for a range of temperatures and weather. Overall, the itinerary is a comfortable pace that gives you a good overview of Switzerland. Would maybe have done one less mountain summit excursion to focus more on hiking or other activities in the mountains. Would highly recommend this trip!

This was my first time traveling by myself and the ability to have everything planned out and pre-booked for me made it extremely easy. I got to see bucket-list locations with the insider knowledge of a local thanks to our tour director. Ingo, was absolutely perfect in every way. He was kind, supportive, extremely knowledgeable, and is an absolute gem. I quickly made life-long friends within my travel group (making my solo travel not so solo anymore) and to be able to make memories with them was one of my favorite parts of this trip. My Ultimate Alps trip was absolutely life-changing.

Enjoyed seeing Eastern Europe and meeting lots of fun people. As a history lover I definitely got my fill of history in.

EF is a really great travel group. I went on my first trip with them to Morocco and our guide was great. They provide you with structured and fun activities stew also giving you free time to explore new places on your own absolutely loved it.

I love the fact that everything is already planned and booked. Flights, transportation, and restaurants etc. Tobyn was amazing. There was also free time for me to go off on my own and explore.

The group was amazing as well as the tour guide and activities! This is definitely the way to go if you are on a budget, want to travel, and have no idea where to start planning wise. It is perfect to go alone or with friends!

An unforgettable time!!! First I had the best tour director, Marco! He was very helpful, sent lots of recs in each town of where to eat and what to do during free time. I did the plus and all accommodations were great! I also did all the additional excursions which I felt was great use of my time. The whole experience was fantastic looking at other EF trips now! I couldn’t believe how much they added to my experience
