All the arrangement was good taking care.
Tour schdule was perfect

Our tour guy Wei Chen is very professional and full of historical knowledgeable about all the cities and countries that we visited. I like the way he told the historical stories, and he let the boring history become interesting.
The hotels we stayed is okay but some time the rooms are very small. If you can improve the hotels will be nice.

I recently finished the Berlin to the Baltic States tour, and it was a fantastic experience - largely thanks to our outstanding guide, Wei Chen.

Wei is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and a brilliant storyteller who made the time on the bus fly by. Beyond his experience, he is a true advocate for his guests. When a hotel's service wasn't up to standard, Wei immediately stepped in to protect our interests. To top it all off, Wei even gifted us a beautiful video on the last day to remember our journey.

His care and dedication elevated the entire trip. I would absolutely join any future tour guided by Wei!

Excellent tour guide, Wei Chen. Good destination coverage. Some of the hotel selections can be improved but with the low overall price, these are acceptable.

Our tour guide Wei Chen is the best of the best! He is professional, knowledgeable, funny, kind, helpful and IT savvy! He made a fantastic scenery movie at the end of the trip for all the members ? He is more than fluent in both English and mandarin! He is an excellent story teller! The history is no longer boring !

The tour design is awesome! Every city there is a local tour guide. A lot of walking tours to allow individual exploitation!

The only thing that can be improved is the hotel. The included dinners are pretty impressive for the most part. I wish there could be more Hilton/ marriot lines and closer to city ! I rather you increase the fee by a few hundred bucks to make the lodging more impressive. The hotel focus premium is ok but it’s a bid far away from town so it’s hard to explore on our own! I suggest you swap the two nights to double tree by Hilton close to the convention center!

Recently returned from a Grand Tour of Turkey. We had been on several previous tours with Peony which were top notch and this tour was also exceptional. The hotels and food exceeded expectations (particularly the cave hotel at Cappadocia) and the itinerary was comprehensive visiting many locations within Turkey without feeling rushed. The success of a tour often relies on the expertise of the tour guides and we were fortunate to have Davis (Peony guide) and Sinan (local guide) who were a great team. They were very knowledgeable and informative in helping us learn about many aspects of Turkish culture, history, and background information of the locations we visited. We were given ample opportunity to enjoy the scenery and Sinan was helpful providing suggestions about where to explore/shop during our free time. This ranks among one of our favorite tours due to the itinerary we experienced and the professional leadership of our tour guides, Davis and Sinan.

An excellent travel experience, local tour guide is the best. Cave hotel is not that great, especially for elderly people, up and down steps are big challenges.
Meals are very disappointed, the whole groups asking "where's the meat?" so many times. Overall, I'm satisfied with the trip and will refer my friends, but hope my next trip with Peony will see some improvement

I went on the 12 day Scandinavia tour led by Wei Chen. Overall the tour was good with the highlights being the food on the Copenhagen-Oslo ferry, the largest fjord and the night in Gerainger (great hotel, views and food). Our guide worked hard and looked after everyone’s needs and was another of the true highlights of the trip. If there was any negative, I wish we had been able to spend more time in the cities as that part of the trip felt rushed

The SCANDINAVA tour has great food ，wonderful views. The tour guide WeiChen is very nice，detail oriented. He always try his best to take care each tourist. We did have a lovely time on this tour.

We did the 12 day Scandinavia and Fjords tour and had a great time. Our tour guide Mr. Wei Chen was truly fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job in making sure we enjoyed the trip as much as possible. He was flexible and caring and just wonderful!

First time attending Peony tours. It was pleasant over all. But I wish we can have more details for the daily itinerary of the night before and if we can flight from Norway to Stockholm instead of the buses, that will be perfect

Itinerary is good! One suggestion if possible is to have a free leisure afternoon. To arrange a city we can wondering our own to do some shopping, or just walk around! (For example, the morning spent at Yellow River regional park could be considered)

領隊 James Wang 知識豐富，風趣，危機處理一流，證明了薑是老的辣。 西歐團基本上是物超所值，不過有些旅館的衛生設備需要加強，廁所有霉，以及房間充滿了霉味。最後一晚的Holiday Inn 晚上戶外的音樂聲，震耳欲聾，大概11:20pm 以後才結束，嚴重的干擾的我們的睡眠。

我們參加名人假期有三次活動了，這一次陳煒導遊讓我們覺得現在的導遊沒有三兩三不敢上梁山啊，上至天文下知地理加上歷史文化專業水平讓我們覺得有回到學校重新學習，這行飯真的不好吃，但是他竟然做了二十多年了，除了三餐及養家餬口，這是真心喜歡這個職業及有夠多的興趣愛好才能做到的，希望名人能夠多關注這個人材。
