I recently went on the Japan trip (April 2026) with Rio as the tour guide and had an amazing experience. This is my third trip with FTLO and they consistently have a well balanced itinerary. We got to experience the history, culture, and incredible food in Japan. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely adored this trip to Baja! Mariel was a PHENOMENAL trip leader. The food, the sights, the experiences, the people, it was all amazing. Everything was coordinated so well and it felt like we got to truly experience the city. I plan to go again on another FTLO trip next year and plan to visit Baja again in my future <3

First trip to Baja with FTLO did not disappoint! Mariel was a fantastic trip leader as we ate fantastic seafood, swam with Sea Lions and took in all the sights and colors La Paz has to offer. This was my 4th time traveling with FTLO and I will be back for more adventures. These trips as always so well planned which results in an awesome experience. Shout out to the group who traveled with me, we are bonded for life!

Just got back from the inaugural run of the FTLO Baja trip! This is my 11th adventure with the company. Our local guide was Mariel and she was fantastic! She showed us the best sights and passion of the culture. Taco tour, margaritas, swimming with sea lions, exploring local culture - we did it all! FTLO packed a lot of fun into 5 days. If you are thinking about Baja or traveling on another trip with FTLO, do it - you won't regret it! The tours are thoughtfully curated with slow travel in mind. The best part of the trips are the people - the company, the local guides, and the fellow travelers are always superb.

I just got back from the brand new Baja trip and had a great time. That part of Mexico is amazing with so much to see and do. Our trip leader Mariel was amazing both with the coordination and her passion for her country and its culture. I would definitely recommend anyone looking at this trip to sign up.

This was my first FTLO trip and my first visit to The Philippines! I joined the community because I was interested in solo traveling but find the idea of going to a new country fully alone to be overwhelming, so when I found out about FTLO it was a perfect fit.

I found the community to be so warm and welcoming and after the first day, I immediately knew I'd have great friends to spend the week with.

The itinerary was a blend of trying new foods, going on crazy adventures like jumping into canyons and swimming among thousands of sardines, while also having evenings to ourselves to explore on our own.

Our tour guide, Lish, did a fantastic job of booking all the flights, shuttles, buses and activities so that we could seamlessly move through the day and give full attention to the activities and culture rather than logistics. She encouraged us to try new things and new foods in a way that felt adventurous but never too far outside of our comfort zones.

I'll definitely book again!

Maddy Moore was an excellent trip leader! She led us through Lapland was extremely professional, kind, safe and helpful! She always answered questions when we needed and never hesitated to take pictures or videos of us! She was fabulous!!!!

I had heard about the Lapland trip for a while but kept putting it off for no reason. I’m glad I finally made it happen though! This trip combines amazing nature with fun activities and great people! Maddy was such a caring and kind leader! She made this experience even more special for everyone! Can’t say enough amazing things about her and this whole experience. Amsterdam was a dream! It was so well planned and easy. Floris really set the standards high for all future trips with FTLO. This was my first time in a solo travel group and he made it so easy. We got really lucky with great weather for the tulips, they were INCREDIBLE. Forever thankful for Floris & FTLO 🤍 🇳🇱

I went on the Amsterdam tour for the tulips. Our guide Floris was welcoming, informative, and definitely went above and beyond. He had great recommendations, facilitated the group sharing local snacks, and was incredibly patient. The experiences on the trip were as advertised, well paced, and so much fun. One of the best parts? Didn't have to plan anything. Just booked plane tickets, showed up, and had a good time.

My trip to Vietnam was my 3rd with FTLO, and I had an amazing time! I usually solo travel but have been joining FTLO trips when I thought being with a group may be best in a particular destination. In this case, I really wanted to enjoy Halong Bay with others, and it was truly the highlight of my trip. FTLO recently updated the itinerary for this trip, and it felt like we had the perfect amount of time in each location. Bik was a fantastic trip leader who made sure everything went smoothly and showed us all her favorite spots in Hanoi and Hoi An. Couldn’t imagine our group with a better guide! Highly recommend joining this trip, and hopefully you’re lucky enough to get Bik as you’re guide :)

Had an incredible experience traveling to Lapland with FTLO! Our guide Jordana was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, taking care of us every step of the way. I made new friends, tried new foods, traveled to new countries—couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Lapland was such a dream! Northern lights and saunas galore. Sledding and snowmobiling was much more fun than any of us thought. Our trip leader Maddy went out of her way to keep the experience fully intact for us and ensured no activities were canceled despite uncontrollable factors like weather and traffic. She had the group's back the entire time, and we can't wait to see her again on another trip.

Just finished the Vietnam trip! So much food, so many laughs, and incredible group of people. The most impactful part of the trip was our guide, Bik. She truly made the experience unforgettable. She inspired confidence, was hilarious, and was a joy to be with for 9 days. Would recommend!

FTLO is an amazing way to travel. I just got back from the Lapland trip where I checked off two major life goals: dog-sledding and seeing the Northern Lights (3x!). Our trip leader Maddy was the absolute best - professional, punctual, caring, and so fun. My group of 8 became like family and we all want to go do the new New Zealand trip with Maddy! Highly recommend this company, and this guide!

Just got back from Brazil with FTLO and I had a great time! Zema, our tour leader, was amazing! While there were some awkward timing issues with the itinerary, FTLO was great about wanting to know more so they could make the needed adjustments. I know that they are currently working on adjusting the itinerary, so I have no doubt it will be even better in the future!

This was my third FTLO trip and was my favorite by far! The itinerary was thoughtfully designed and our guide Sevo was the best!! He is excellent at what he does and really understood the personalities of our group to make personalized suggestions. You won’t regret booking this trip!!

I’ve traveled with FTLO four times and each trip has been awesome. Most recently went on the South Africa trip and it might be my favorite yet! Wonderful and easy service across the company. The itinerary was well curated and our guide Sevo was absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend!

I recently went on my 4th FTLO trip to South Africa and it was the best trip yet! Our tour guide was fabulous and the trip was well organized! I loved the game drives in Kruger and the reserves near Hoedspruit. We were lucky enough to see the big 5 and many other animals. My favorite part was climbing Lions Head with our guide Sevo at sunrise! A once in a lifetime trip I would highly recommend!
