Zero Support in a Medical Crisis – Avoid Tripmasters
I am writing this to warn anyone considering booking with Tripmasters. If everything goes perfectly, you might be fine, but the moment a life-threatening emergency happens, you are completely on your own.
My father was recently hospitalized while on a Tripmasters itinerary in Peru. As his designated **emergency contact**, I expected—at the very least—a notification or a check-in regarding his status and the logistics of his remaining trip.
**The Reality:**
* **Zero Communication:** Tripmasters never reached out to me. I had to find out about his hospitalization through other channels.
* **Negligence:** Despite having my contact information on file for exactly this reason, they failed to initiate any support or coordination.
* **Safety Concerns:** When you are in a foreign country, you rely on your travel agency to have your back. Tripmasters proved that they view their travelers as nothing more than a booking number.
It is terrifying to have a loved one in a hospital thousands of miles away and realize the company they paid to manage their travel has effectively vanished. Their lack of professional responsibility and basic human decency is appalling.
**Do not trust this company with your safety or the safety of your family.** If you value peace of mind, book elsewhere.

I was thrilled to discover that I could book everything I needed in one go, eliminating the hassle of separate bookings and extra charges. I was able to book my flights, hotel, connecting flights, and attractions all at once. I could conveniently split the payments, and I had an incredible time. Even when I was concerned about missing a flight, I was able to easily call for assistance. I traveled to Tokyo, Bangkok, and Phuket, exploring the gaming and anime district, taking cooking classes, and even island hopping. I’ll definitely be using this site more in the future.

This was our second time using Tripmasters, and they delivered another flawless experience. The first time, we traveled to Cairo, Luxor, Rome, and Athens, and everything went perfectly. So we decided to book with them again for our most recent trip to Tokyo, Kathmandu, and New Delhi.
