Auch hier kann ich bestätigen, minderwertige Ware aus China, weder Lieferschein noch Rücksendeschein dabei. Man ist mit der Ware gefangen, es gibt KEINE Ansprechpartner in Deutschland und Geld gibt es auch nicht zurück. FAZIT: Kauft bei deutschen Firmen, keine Waren mehr aus China oder Fernost.

Ich habe vor Wochen etwas bestellt, ich habe bis heute noch nichts bekommen. Wenn man den Kundenservice schreibt bekommt man keine Antwort. Der Laden ist auf keinen Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Finger weg. Ob ich das Geld wieder zurück bekomme bleibt fraglich.

If they know they are scammers block them.

So it started with waiting for my package. Despite there 24 hour shipping policy I have been waiting for over 1 month for my parcel to arrive. Being it was coming to Australia I decided to be patient. Yet when I ran out of patience decided to check I found out they were still processing the order. Very impolite of them to not inform me of the delay being I paid them in good faith prior to receiving the products.
Next I noted that the country was incorrect and despite attempting to fix this, it continued to stay incorrect. Of note, when I received my initial invoice, there was no country on it which didn't give me the opportunity way back then, to fix the error. I guess this gives them an excuse for me not receiving it.
However the most annoying problem is, I then attempted to contact them which I must say is the most arduous task known to man and even worse than trying to get hold of a government department which up until this point I believed to hold the record for degree of difficulty on a scale from 1 - 10 as being 9. And that folks is why nothing is ever a 10, cause we must leave room for error, good or bad.

Wish I’d checked here before I ordered. The dress arrived doesn’t fit and the colours are totally different, the quality is ok, I didn’t bother to try to get the creases out. Trying to return the item has been a total waste of time, they haven’t got a returns policy.

Terrible quality - in order to get a refund you have to email to get a form ? A week later and no form AVOID - shoddy cheap material which looks nothing like their ads. Wish I’d read the reviews on here first I’d give them zero stars if I could

This company is horrible, please do not purchase as they will not work with customers on sizes that don't fit. After reviewing other, same issue. Quality is also very cheap and company communications are horrible as well. Please use reparable companies with good review and quality. I guess you get what you pay for.

I ordered a dress from there very poor quality and took a month to get. I paid $33 for it wasn't worth more than $5 and they don't pay to return.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wished to return an item that had not been worn and had the hygiene strip still in tact. I was told that they do now accept refunds on swimwear and offered me £10 for my £28 item and I had to buy something to use their £10 offer. DO NOT USE.

I bought a dress for a wedding. It looked just gorgeous on the web site. I had high hopes! When I received it the dress itself was ok, a bit small, but the skirt attachment was poorly made and way too big. I would have to be 6ft. I tried to return it only to be told they do not provide return shipping sheets. The customer is responsible for shipping. The return location is in China and the price of shipping was going to be more than the price of the dress. The site said easy returns but this could not be more wrong. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!

I ordered a swimsuit. VERY Poor quality and sized for an elephant! Small top and gigantic leg holes. Trying to return for 3 weeks. No comments, return label or anything…note: my return address is JANE. An Asian company that is a fraud umbrella for many online women's clothing outlets.

I bought 4 dresses, I paid $120 , I don't like them, very bad quality, color diffrent that on pictures.
I wanted return...customer service said
"You could also keep the item at the same time to avoid the hassle from returning them to us. We would suggest you to gift the item to someone or donate them since the designs are beautiful. We will apply for you after getting your confirmation. Hope it can help."

Trying to return 2 items to eechic that are unsuitable. Followed online instructions 2 weeks ago, but yet to get the return address. Ordered 2 sizes as wasn't sure about fit. Having tried on the smaller size - it's horrible. Gaping under arms, jacket slips off shoulders and colour does not match the dress (why would you put a black jacket with what is clearly a navy blue elements of the dress?). No point even opening the bigger size - both now waiting for a return address. Going to speak to my bank about a refund as paid on my credit card!

I have not purchased anything from eechic. I was going to but decided to read some reviews first. I’m very glad I did. All the 1 star reviews state the same thing (1) terrible quality items (2) garment sizes not true to website size guide (3) extremely poor to non-existent customer service (4) website misleads customers on returns policy for swimwear (5) returning other items made extremely difficult/impossible.
I think all the 5 star reviews are completely bogus in an effort to make the overall average rating look better. Trustpilot needs to investigate these 5 star ratings & remove them if they are found to be fake.

Ordered a swimsuit from eechic.com (which is also called Light in the Box)
Didn't realise they were a chinese firm and only use Finsa to post the goods. I have been trying to return the goods now for 2 weeks and have followed the procedure on line. It is very difficult to follow and you have to wait for them to tell you what the return address is. Have not received any communication from them, they seem to just ignore me.
I have followed the returns procedure 4 times now but still no respose.
All they want to do is sell the goods (sometimes you even get the wrong items delivered - see other reviews)

Dieser Laden ist absolut unseriös. Ware die nicht gefällt wird nicht zurückgenommen, Badeanzug der einfach schlecht sitzt wird nicht zurückgenommen, weil Badeanzuge generell nicht zurückgenommen werden!!
Dies ist eine Frechheit. Keine Rücksendung scheinbar möglich - Kontakt nach langen suchen gefunden und wenig fruchtvoll. Die wollen Fotos von der Ware...die eigentlich schlicht und ergreifend nicht gefällt. Also nicht defekt oder in der falschen Grösse ist!! Also was soll ich Fotographieren?
Habe die Verpackung fotographiert, weil die Nachricht nicht mal rausgeht ohne Foto. Die Antwort ist unzureichend und das zurückschicken nicht ermöglicht-nicht einmal das Oberteil. (80 € in den Sand gesetzt und sehr wütend inzwischen. )
Überall die gleichen antworten von denen, per Computer scheinbar aufgesetzt. Der Deutschen Sprache eh nicht mächtig-denn Googel scheint sinnlos zu übersetzten.

I would give no stars if possible. 2 swimsuits ordered and poorly made. Bottoms are huge (I am size 14) and top too tight, even though I followed their size instructions. Tried sending an email to them using the address on the website and it doesn’t exist! £45 wasted. I only wish I had looked at Trustpilot before ordering. Avoid

Horrible quality, very bad costumer service department. Message several time in order to return swimsuits I ordered and never get any answers. Not recommend this website, you will waste your money.

Don't ever order from this shop. The items don't look like shown in the pictures. The quality is horrible. They are robbing your money. Also there is no customer service. Please don't ever make a mistake by ordering from this shop. I never saw worse quality in my entire life.
