Why isn't there a zero star option. Ordered a dress which is not like photo, way too small, puckered seam, poor quality need I go on! Contacted to arrange return and surprise surprise no response. It is impossible to return items as they need to go to China. Have put in a complaint with PayPal. DO NOT TOUCH

Arnaque, rien reçu, produit payé

Bought a swimsuit for £20 which was faulty. First they offered £8 credit. I refused. Then they offered £8 refund which I also refused. The item was not fit for purpose and said they would give a full refund on return of the item. Postage to China costs more than the item did. It's a complete con. Selling rubbish and making it impossible to get a refund.

This is not a company I’d recommend to anyone. I should have stuck with Amazon, my bad. They don’t offer any return policy even though it states they do. If you return it costs you 50% of what you paid and then your refund comes in the form of a coupon with a percentage of something you buy from them again. This is CRAZY, like why would I want to buy again and go through this again.

I’m assuming with all the problems I’ve had with this company, it must be based in China. I wished there was a law that if it’s coming from China, that must be revealed so the customer can make the decision to purchase or not.

I plan to review this company on Google to get their poor service out to as many people as I can so they don’t make the same mistake I did!

An absolute con ! Ordered a tankini a month ago ! I go on hols this coming week and have tried to log into my account to request a refund and surprise, surprise it’s an absolute nightmare ! Looks like they have stolen my money ! DON’T TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE !

No stars would be more appropriate for this company! Poor quality item purchased. Trying to return it and it is like Mission Impossible! Website states someone will approve return in 24hrs...that was 5 days ago! Emailed them to no avail! Wish I had read reviews before parting with my money! My gut feeling is I will never see it again! Don't use this company!!

Je devais recevoir une commande de 140€ entre le 22 février et le 7 mars. A ce jour, 18mars, toujours rien reçu. Impossible de contacter le vendeur, suivi de ma commande bloqué sur expédié.....

This company is horrible for returns. I purchased a bathing suit on line and it did not fit. They said it was not returnable for sanitary reasons. Nowhere on their website was I able to find this out before I purchased the item. I will NEVER order anything from them again

Charge a lot for shipping. Products are a range of qualities and fits. Took a long time to arrive. They make it nearly impossible to return or exchange even when the product is poorly made. Requested many pictures as proof and then will not refund unless you pay to return the item TO CHINA and then THEY approve the credit. Borderline scam. Sent the items to the trash. Will never order from them again.

Received 3 awful dresses from them, nothing like picture shown. Tried to contact many times to return items, no reply at all. Avoid at all costs. Wish I had done research on company before I was fooled into buying very poor quality items

I am so pleased to have checked this company out having been totally stung by Light in the box, who come up on Google when Eechic was inputted! Everything said about Eechic is exactly the same as Light in the box! No coincidence I am sure! Do not be seduced by either or ….are they the same disgusting outfit?

I used their sizing chart with my measurements. The dress arrived and was at least 2 sizes too big. Their policy is that I must pay to return the product and may take 40 days to process. If I can't trust their size chart, and I can't return. I won't do business with them again.

Never again will l order anything from this company. Have my money, but have not received my garment. Be warned, don't order from this company

This company is just a scam!!
They have eventually said that I can return 1 of my 3 items back to an address in China and once they receive it they will refund me and pay for the postage, but it’s at my risk as it may get lost in transit!! I’m convinced that this is what they will say anyway, with absolutely no intention of refunding me! Has anyone else successfully returned an item and been refunded? The address is:-

Je veux rassurer que le site Eechic n'est pas une arnaque .
