The style and size of the jacket I received is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from the pictures, with only the fabric being a match. The worst quality also! Returning will cost you €20~€30

SCAMMED BY WRONG PICTURES!

Scam! I spent $200Aud and received the worst quality items possible. Worse than Temu quality. I asked for a refund and they offered 30%, or I could send them back at my own cost and get a full refund. So I paid another $25 to send them back and I never heard from them again. They strung the whole process out for weeks so by the time I filed a complaint with PayPal there was nothing they could do to help me as it had been more than 30 days! Disgusting.

They used an unauthorised old bank debit card
to pay for clothing which resulted in an automatic freeze on my bank account.

NEVER buy anything from EGcChic!!!!! I bought 2 grinch lamps for 39.95 each. I only received 1. It was junk!!!! So I sent it back, I had the tracking number. They said they never received it, it said they got it back in 4 days!!!! It said they only sent 1. I’m out 79.95 plus 6+ to send back the junky one. Now they are free to sell the lamps again to some other unsuspecting customer and double their money!!!!!! I’m so mad!!!! I have been fighting this since November!!!!! And PayPal was no help. I have all of my records and still no help. If I lived by the warehouse I would Picket and go every day to get my money back. This isn’t fair!!!!!!

Le 01/10/23 j'ai commandé un canapé lit, j'ai été prélevé de 55 euros et je n'ai jamais été livré. J'ai demandé le remboursement et depuis ils font le mort.

It took a very long time to receive my order. Once received it got worse. Not only did the item run 2 sizes to small but the quality is terrible. The dress look nothing like the picture on line. Next came the attempted return. Can not believe they want pictures of this terrible item before they will agree to return. Still waiting for the email for the return. This is my one and only experience with this company. Will never purchase again and filed a complaint with BBB over them. I did a review and it was deleted.

Absolutely terrible. They got my address wrong. Goods went back to China. They refused to give me a refund and threatened to charge me again for re-delivery. The only thing that got them moving was the threat of a bad review on Trustpilot. The goods have now arrived, three T-shirts (after two months) and one is the wrong colour compared to the picture. Communication is hopeless. No useful tracking info. I will never buy from them again, and I strongly recommend that you don’t either 😡.

The dress I ordered was nothing like the piece of rag I received but when you ask to send it back they do everything to resist,when you make a bad comment on the site they delete it,but if you Dm them it takes for ever for them to answer you,only to keep putting you off sending it back.They gave me £7.50 back for something that cost me £20.55 and all it's good for is the bin.

Paid for dress, was then told out of stock and they would refund me with vouchers. Not acceptable will go through my bank for refund.

I do not recommend. stay away from such scammers in the first email they tell you to wait for the return sticker, in the next they tell you to pay.
they make you pay for the return of the clothes, for customs fees and shipping costs.

Quant au remboursement, c'est l'enfer. Et quand enfin par miracle, on peut réclamer : ils ne remboursent pas ou vous invitent à retourner la marchandise en Chine !!!! Avec des frais de port de fous. Je raye de ma liste les chinois
