J'ai mis une etoile parce qu'on n'a pas le choix sinon je n'en aurais mis aucune. Le maillot de bain que j'ai commandé est très mal taillé, pourtant j'ai une taille lambda et en général ce que je commande sur internet me va. J'ai tenté de me faire rembourser, rien à faire, malgré mes multiples relances, je n'ai aucune réponse. Je vous déconseille vraiment ce site.

Commande bien reçue . 2 teeshirt jolis et de bonne qualité mais un maillot de bain 10 fois trop grand . Ma commande n apparaît pas sur mon compte , j ai juste la preuve du prélèvement sur mon compte bancaire . Quand je lis le faq de retour , c'est d'un complexe déjà avec un numéro de commande alors sans ......donc je laisse tomber .Site à mon avis sans retour possible , c'est tout bénef pour eux .

I bought scandals and came a different colour, I was supposed to receive light beige/sand colour scandals and got dark colour scandals, when I checked the store they don’t even have the ones I got for sale, which means it’s false advertisement!

Cheaply made clothing, appears to be polyester which wouldn't necessarily be bad except the print quality is low (poor resolution and dull colors). The sewing job also appears rushed and uneven on some articles of clothing, and came apart just while I was unfolding the shirts to see what they looked like. The cost is nowhere near the quality of their clothing. Some are pretty enough that I'll try to wear them, but it wasn't worth the cost. Most of the articles I bought aren't even wearable as arrived. Don't buy it.

Je viens de recevoir le maillot de bain commandé très déçue, les dimenssions ne correspondent absolument pas à la taille ni au tableau des tailles sur le site. Quant au moyen de retour, les frais sont inabordables...je ne recommande absolument pas

I bought a few dresses from this site and I was delighted with all of them except one. It was too tight on top and wouldn't zip up. So I tried to contact them. They say you have to open a ticket. But that says to agree that you received it first. After that you can no longer open a ticket. Long story short I finally got a partial refund to PayPal. They first offered me partial credit if I spent twice that amount to get it. I think they got sick of me. So now I'm fighting to get $6.30 on a $13 pair of pants. I ordered a top and tried to apply the credit and it wouldn't go. I will never buy from this crappy company again !

I wanted to give this company 0 stars because they don't deserve 1!! Material is awful..very thin..colours not as shown on their site! I wanted to return my items and they replied with keep your items & we will give you a 40% voucher refund. Why would I want to keep the items that didn't fit and were poor quality? And only 40% voucher to spend on other poor quality clothes? Not replied to my several emails! Don't touch with a barge pole!!!

Run when you see this company!!! My order never arrived, the company gave a wrong tracking number saying contact Canada Post, but that tracking number doesn't exist. The company offered $10 "reward" [!!!] but - I quote: "Please note that these Rewards have a minimum purchase requirement." So, I am already out of $40, since I never got my order, and now they want me to buy something else for minimum - let's say - $50, plus shipping, and then I get back $10. I sent a detailed email but they didn't reply. Are they seriously thinking I would ever use this company? I am so sorry I haven't read any reviews before I ordered. I just hope I can help others to avoid a heartache.

Ne commandez pas ils feront tout pour ne pas faire de remboursement ou de retour ! Ils utilisent toutes les excuses ! Soit disant que ça nous coûterait plus cher de renvoyer... en plus en Chine... bla bla bla. Ils veulent des photos preuve que ça ne va pas ! Bref aucun service client efficace et honnête ! ARNAQUE !!! A fuir !!!!

Commander une tunique pour une cérémonie sur la photo magnifique comme j'aime et là je reçois un vulgaire morceau de tissus pas de finitions et pas du tout la photo! Marre d'être pris pour des poires! Eechic terminé ! A fuir!

If I could give them no stars that would be too many. They don’t advertise their returns policy. When you need to, you have to jump through hoops to raise a ticket (per item). I received a reply to only one and they said 7 day returns BUT
1. You have to pay $10-30 to return to Thailand (package came from UK address and site says Singapore), and it would take several weeks (if it arrives) for the refund, or
2. Take 40% off your next purchase for more shoddy goods, or
3. Keep the rubbish you have and get a 25% discount off them

You reply to them on the email they send you, disputing their return policy, they completely ignore you (not sure if they do this if you agree to something).
You advise the above on their adverts and they say ‘how can we help, send a private message’. This is ignored completely also.

They are nothing but thieves. Please do not waste your hard earned money for very shoddy goods. You will not see a penny back.

April 2023: Please do NOT buy from this merchant. I ordered these pants and the pants are poorly made. The fit is terrible and when I tried to return the item, they want to give me back less than half of what I paid, plus the want me to pay for the shipping costs. DO NOT ORDER FROM CHINA! Paid $43 Canadian for 2 items and they want to reimburse me $28.86 PLUS paying the shipping of $71 Canadian. Never will I buy from China!

The sizing of items is all over the place and getting a refund is like getting blood out of a stone. Would recommend not ordering from here as customer service is poor, nothing is straightforward and refunds are impossible

I was advised my swimsuit was despatched 5April not received yet and cannot find how to contact company and as soon as I tried to investigate the email confirming despatch has disappeared. What can I do now

Ordered shoes. Never received them after 3 wks and impossible to contact anyone. It must be the usual Chinese bad company
