Doofinder has resumed charging my account but we have pulled out of their product several months ago.

Really positive experience with Doofinder’s search functionality. Bethany has been very helpful, responsive and easy to work with throughout the integration.

She’s answered any questions we’ve had and made the whole setup straightforward and easy to get to grips with :)

Il servizio di assistenza ricevuto è stato estremamente scarso e del tutto inadeguato per un’applicazione fondamentale come Doofinder.

Le risposte arrivano con giorni di ritardo e, quando arrivano, dimostrano una competenza tecnica molto bassa: vengono formulate ipotesi superficiali senza verificare concretamente il problema, costringendo il cliente a effettuare autonomamente controlli che smentiscono le indicazioni fornite.

Nel nostro caso, il mancato funzionamento di Doofinder su un tema Shopify in bozza sta bloccando da giorni la pubblicazione di importanti ottimizzazioni delle prestazioni e della SEO. Non è accettabile dover attendere giorni per ogni singola risposta mentre un’attività aziendale rimane completamente ferma.

Da un servizio professionale ci aspettiamo risposte rapide, analisi tecniche competenti, presa in carico reale del problema e tempi di risoluzione concreti. L’assistenza ricevuta finora è stata pessima sotto tutti questi aspetti.

I had a month's warning about a price Hike. i messaged every day for a month trying to discuss this and have been ignored.

They then proceeded to up my bill from £40 per month to ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY POUNDS per month.

Since then, I have been trying to renegotiate on the chat system on their website as there are no replies to my email.

so far it has taken 4 days and its still not resolved, i am being replied to once every 4/5 hours. There is no phone number to call..

They are also refusing to refund anything from the hiked bill.

The basic package is £40 per months for 10,000 hits, then the next jump is 150,000 hits for £140 per month, we use about 50,000 so this is crazy.

Vandaag voor de tweede keer door hun gebeld. Ze (Eva) liet me een demo zien van een andere gebruiker en daar werkte het dus gewoon niet. Dit had ze zelf nog niet in de gaten. Het lag niet aan hun zei ze, maar aan die webshop... dan geef een goed voorbeeld, maar kom hier niet mee aan. Toen een ander voorbeeld getest: zelfde resultaat, ook niet wat het zou moeten zijn.
Ik was nieuwsgierig omdat ik altijd open sta voor verbetering, naar dit ging echt nergens over. Daarnaast is het een bedrijf in Madrid en geen Lightspeed partner. Die ga ik niet laten rommelen eraan.

Telemarketing mag wel als:

u belt met ondernemers met rechtspersoonlijkheid
u van tevoren toestemming heeft gekregen, de toestemming geldt voor een bepaald product of dienst en voor een bepaalde tijd
u belt met een donateur van uw goede doel, een vrijwilliger of een deelnemer van uw bijeenkomst in de afgelopen 3 jaar
u uitgever bent van een dag-, weekblad of tijdschrift en uw klant van de afgelopen 3 jaar heeft toestemming gegeven
U moet kunnen aantonen dat uw klant toestemming gegeven heeft voor telemarketing.

This company called me, telling me they were my website provider, quoting made up statistics about my website and offering a free trial.

When their email arrived, I realised they had been impersonating my website provider, so called them back. When they answered I asked if they were (My provider) and they replied yes, but on further questioning - the staff member changed their story saying they "work with" our provider.

Blatant misrepresentation and fraud.

Other 1* reviews show this is not the first time they have done this.

Beware of this company, do not use.

We have reported them to both the Police and our website provider and investigations are underway.
