Iam a client many many years the last year all the contacts I take that’s why I buy so often ( 3 months lenses ) destroying in 1-2 weeks all the time . Whats happening with the quality ?

Refrain from ordering toric contacts unless the normal one works for you. It takes 5-6 weeks for them to be made and delivered, but they ended up looking like alien and not returnable. A supposable light brown contacts looked so gray/ash on my dark brown eyes. Very dissapointed to say the least!!!!

I received a torn contact lens

I’ve been using Desio lenses for several years now, but my last order was very disappointing, I usually order two different powers for each eye, this time around the colors didn’t match, I ordered icy blue for both eyes but they clearly look different. I’ve never had this experience before, now I’m hesitant to order again.

Cartoonish lenses. They do not look like how they're advertised at all.

I’ll take the loss of spending almost 80 EUR on this company as they do not care about their customers. However, it is my right to leave my honest review and I would advise anyone else from buying here as their lenses look and feel terrible.

They do not blend in with your iris as stated, and definitely do not look like their product pictures at all. In real life they look like lizard eyes and hurt your eyes extremely.

I wanted to reach out to share my experience with your contact lenses. I’ve been a contact lens wearer for over 20 years, and while I truly love the look and comfort of Desio lenses, I’ve noticed a recurring issue with their durability.

Most recently, a 3-month supply I started using on March 18th had to be replaced by April 12th. I opened a new pair that same day, and unfortunately, one of the lenses has already ripped. I handle all my lenses with extreme care and follow proper maintenance routines, so I’m quite certain this isn’t due to mishandling.

If you review my order history, you’ll see I’ve been a loyal customer and have purchased quite a few lenses over the past year. This ongoing issue has not only been disappointing but has also felt like a financial loss, as the lenses don’t seem to last nearly as long as they’re intended to.

I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that the quality and longevity of the lenses can be improved. I truly love your brand and want to continue using your products, but I do believe this issue needs attention.

I don’t know how to express my appreciation, respect, loyalty and love to this professional company and extraordinary quality of this brand. The contact lenses (desio) are soooo comfy and the colors are amazing, i never feel them during the day and by the way i wear them for more than 8 hours (from 5am to 12am) and never ever caused any irritation or pain or foggy vision. It have been 5 years now dealing with this company and their professional team who always been there for me whenever i ask for help, professionalism is made for their team and they reflect it very well. One more info about me i tried alot of brands and never seen a good quality like this one and again never find sooo professional team like Desio’s.

I love these contacts and have been using them for years now, however the last batch I got had the worst quality. These are supposed to last 3 months per pair, however they irritated my eyes so much that each pair lasted me a month. I had purchased 4 total pairs and after one month each pair started causing severe dryness and redness that I had to throw them out.
