I have been using this company for more than ten years. I leave angry reviews for the companies that suck and Id like to acknowledge one here that is absolutely beyond reproach. They've corrected my own shipping errors without charge, and their products always arrive on time or sooner, perfectly packaged. They often send freebies, including rewetting drops that are better than any I've ever found in stores, and good quality contact cases. Shipping costs are even free for (not huge) orders.

If you are looking for a place to order great contacts without waiting for a doctor to confirm your prescription or even get great prices on Acuvue without spending $500, check these guys out. They never disappoint! I would give this company 10/5 if I could.

I had made a purchase one week ago and I am surprised to receive my products today. I had bought two boxes of Acuvue 2 at a super sale price, and I noticed the lens were older (Manufactured in 2021) comparing the other non-sale lens (Manufactured in 2023). The lens could have a 5 years shelf life so I am not too concerned and that's why they were on sale! I had researched for a while and looked through many different stores before making my purchase, Klenspop certainly has the best price and largest variety comparing to many others. I strongly recommend Klenspop!

I've been ordering from them since 2019 or so. Orders always arrive reasonably fast considering how far they travel. On my last order they were out of the lenses I had ordered, quickly reached out, allowed me to pick another pair and are sending them even though they are more expensive since my order was delayed. They're great. Lenses are great quality. Ive worn circle lenses for about 8 years now.

Made an order. After 2 Days I received an email that if they send it to Spain I'll have to pay taxes and duty.
That was not mentioned when ordering, and furthermore, I've spent more than 130$ for having free shipping with DHL so I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER. It was a 2-6 days delivery.
Now they don't answer my mails.

I'm happy to know that I've paid via PayPal so I will be able to open a dispute and recover my money.

Such a waste of time.

I ordered some lenses for $130 on 1/28, but I haven't received it yet and they said it would be delivered within 6 days. And the order status on the site is still awaiting for shipment. I tried to contact them several times, but I couldn't. I'm trying to contact them through FaceBook and Instagram. It is really hard to contact them. Looked like their site didn't work at all for customer service. I'm really worried if I just lose my money.

Never order on the site. I regret to order from them. I read the reviews on the site, and all reviews there were 5 stars. I wrote a review about the delayed order with 1 star and verified my email but it seemed like they removed my review. I can't find my review on the site. I will try to get a refund as soon as I succeed to contact them.

I placed an order not long ago, something went off in the system and it charged my card without actually placed the order. I wrote them an email, a few hours later I got money back from the system and order again. The next day they replied but I already made a new order and everything was fine already. After 3 weeks since I ordered, I still didn't even receive a shipping number not to mention the products. I emailed them to ask what's going on, then they just randomly cancel my order and issue a refund???
They said they read my previous email (which is before the new order, mistook it for the new one), figure there's some trouble and tell me to place order again? I waited 3 weeks for absolutely nothing only for it to be cancelled because of some mistake. Wrote them a email again but this time without getting a reply of course. What a watse of time!

I live in Los Angeles, California.
I placed an order on 8/8 and received the order in my mail box (usps) on 8/18. Only 10 days using their regular mail option!
Everything was packed so smartly!
1 of my contacts box was a bit torn but no biggie.
Also the expiration dates on these are ridiculously long like 2025-2026. Which is great!

Also great that I didn't need to provide the official prescription.
Just make sure you know your contacts size (and dose) so you they fit your correctly!

Also no foreign transaction fee/charge.

Been shopping with them for years. 100% reliable. I get it shipped to CA.

I am in Middle East. As per promised delivery date, it is stated that I have to wait for minimum of 4 weeks (1 month) before receiving my package. As they are using normal postal office. But in spite of the expected delivery date, I am always getting the package in just two weeks. I had been a customer since 2017. Of course tracking number is available. I only need to pay 5.50 dollars for the shipping, but it is free if you buy 80USD and above.

For communication, they are always answering the queries via email. So it is all good.

As for the products I do not have any issues with them. I am using contact lenses as I have a poor eyesight (-3.50) I usually buy what is on sale, lucky me, they always have on sale/promotions and lots of color to choose from.

I ended up in their website because, it might not be fair to compare, but can't help but to compare anyway. If I were to buy lenses locally it would cost me 32USD and above and I need to buy on monthly basis. While on KLensPop website the most affordable would cost only 18USD and if they are on sale like right now you can buy for as low as 4USD. That sale price will never, ever happen here.

Update: November 2020. Because of pandemic they are now delivering packages via DHL. They will pay half of the shipping fee so the customers will shoulder only half of it. They really know how to satisfy the customers and make it easy for them. I got my lenses in only 2 days. Or less. Thank you again.

As I haven't received my package after 2 months due to the pandemic's lockdown so I decided to contact their customer service. It turned out that my package still stay at Korea so they decided to resend me the package with DHL service for FREE. I was so shock that my package arrived at my house in the same week.
You all should check out their products, compare to other sites, it's pretty affordable and also their service was the best after what happened. Highly recommended.

I was really extremely skeptical of ordering lenses here, but my usual store was out of Acuvue Define, so I make the leap. I order my contacts on the evening of May 13th and already received a shipment notification for customs when I woke up in the morning on May 14th. I didn't really believe it, especially since my order was expected to arrive on May 18th (which is still fast compared to my usual). However, I actually received my contacts today, on May 15th. It's been less than 48 hours since I ordered them. I don't know how that's even possible, but I'm impressed.

The contacts themselves are identical to the ones I normally order. I checked the expiration dates and manufacturing details, compared boxes, and they're definitely the same. The expiration date is several years out and about the same as I would normally expect. I will definitely be trying some of their other contacts.

I ordered some Clalen contacts on sale in addition to my Acuvues, and it seems like they gave me some extras for free.

If you desperately need your contacts quickly, this is a great option. I don't even get shipments from the US this fast.

I decided to review it since Klenspop is relatively not known compared to big circle lenses company such as honeycolor and pinkyparadise.

Here's the good thing about them:
- The circle lenses are straight from South Korea which is good. This means you'll get the actual prices people in Korea would pay for. Yes, the lenses are usually 50% cheaper than what you can find from other circle lenses websites!

- They have lots of discounted circle lenses, I bought one pair for only 10$! They also got lots of promotions going on as well.

- The shipping price is decent, but it'll make up considering the circle lenses on Klenspop are usually cheap. The parcel I received twice was in good condition with no damages. You also get free contact cases and tweezers which is really good, since I hate being unhygenic.

- They have a fancy website which I like, since it's easy to navigate there. They don't only sell circle lenses but also a bit of cosmetics, tools for lenses etc.

- Also their customer service is good as well, though they don't speak English entirely fluent(but don't worry, it's understandable!). I ordered one circle lenses but they contacted me because they didn't have it prescribed for -8.00, only -7.00 so they asked me if I still wanted it or replace with another pair.

- Fast shipping. Took me max 10 days, but do keep in mind it will take at least 1-3 weeks.

Okay here's the bad thing (but it ended good in the end!):
I said earlier they contacted me because the lenses I was supposed to buy didn't have my prescription; Luckily we managed to solve the case, but what made me upset was on their website you can usually chose the prescription for your lenses.

However some lenses (those usually on sale) couldn't be chosen prescribed, so it said ''Leave note on memo'' instead. Why it bothered me is because I wouldn't know which prescriptions they actually offer, so it's time consuming!

I ordered 3 pairs of circle lenses, 2 for myself and 1 for my sister. When I received the packaging it was in good condition, marked as gift, value was written for 15$ which is good for me to avoid taxes. It was bubble wrapped bla bla blah you get it. But I noticed I was missing 1 pair of lenses! I freaked out but decided to contact their customer service. They replied fast and apologized.

Okay so I was missing my one pair of circle lenses which is the negative. HOWEVER they compensated for it. They gave me a free pair of circle lenses with my prescription + sent the lenses I originally ordered. I also got a free eyedrop solution which I really appreciate. They also covered for the shipping so I would say they're clumpsy because I had to remind them to give me tracking number, but they do have an amazing customer service!

So what will I do? I will definitely buy there again because even though some things weren't as expected, I still got compensated by free gifts. Not to forget that they also sell some exclusive korean lenses that you can't usually buy from other websites, and the lenses there are cheaper as well. I was supposed to give it 3/5 but after we managed to solve the case I decided to give 5/5 for the amazing customer service.
