I ordered some sandals thinking I was buying from a UK based company. The order took weeks to arrive. As soon as I collected my parcel I knew the quality would be poor. The package was so light. The sandals were made of poor quality materials with poor quality finishing. I have looked into returning the item but it looks like I have to pay to return the item to China. The cost includes taxes etc and it looks like the charge will be about £20 😳What a great business plan they have. Market an item implying made in UK. Make it as cheaply as possible knowing that if the customer is unhappy they won’t return the item to China due to ridiculously high charges. I feel completely ripped off.

Do not use this company. Dress turned up after two weeks. Quality is diabolical, the dress smells like chemical and absolutely no response from the company on initiating a return. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

The two pairs of orthopedic slip on trainers arrived today, my mum ordered both in a size 7- What arrived? A size 3 in both! Awful quality, terrible customer service they fob you off with "They are on the way" emails and believe me many emails were sent. FALSE ADVERTISING- They advertise as a UK business saying shoes will arrive quickly when in fact they are coming from CHINA! Also impossible to stop an order, they just take your money, make you wait over a month and then send the wrong size terrible quality shoes. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I chose this company because it seemed to have a good English name. I was disappointed - my shoes arrived today after 3 weeks. I can't wear them because I can't get my feet into them. Poor quality, wrong sizing & goodness knows where they came from - says Ireland, China - but language on the shoes seems to be Eastern European or South America - who knows. Stay clear of this company. They are trading on a name which says 'good quality' but the goods are anything but. Would never buy from them again. Be warned - don't be taken in (like me) by the name.

This company should not be allowed to continue trading. I ordered what looked like a good quality pair of ladies size 9 shoes 3 weeks ago but what I received today is a lightweight pair of shoddy plastic rubbish. There is no indication of size anywhere on the shoes but I would estimate them to be a size 4 or 5. They came in a plastic bag inside an obviously reused Jiffy bag.
In their small print this company state that they do not cover the cost of returns. A wise if unethical move on their part as I would imagine that if all the products they sell are of a similar quality they would no longer be trading.

Don't fall for them like I did! They company name and company address in Wembley leads you to believe, stupidly, that they are a UK based company. They are NOT they are in China. I ordered sandals, they took 20 days to arrive, they are absolute rubbish quality, they were £22.46 and worth about £2..... if that! Delivered all bashed up and squashed.

Their refund policy seems to expect the buyer to pay for return to China 🤷

I am claiming a refund via PayPal.

I have been asking for a return label for weeks, and still getting the same old stuff, I need to return these dress it looks like a nightdress material is cheap and nasty never worth the money i will report them if I don't get answers soon, stay away from this place

THE QUALITY WAS DREADFUL! UNWEARABLE, SIZING FAR TO BIG. £30 SHOES NOT WORTH £1. THE RETURNS PROCESS WAS IMPOSSIBLE AS YOU HAD TO RETURN TO CHINA AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR TAXES. I HAD NO OPTION BUT TO ACCEPT A 15% REFUND. 3 DRESSES AND A PAIR OF SHOES ALL NOW IN THE BIN. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I ordered 2 pairs of orthopedic trainers and I've got to say, they are spot on. Yes they come from china but I don't care as long as they are what I ordered. Excellent quality and fit. Took 14 days to arrive. I'm pleased with the purchase.

Came up miles too small was very difficult to return to China,(had to pay to return)so just gave them away.
Found the Company very unhelpful,will not be ordering from them again.

Wish I’d read the reviews! Wrong colour arrived, quality rubbish, not as shown. You will not get your money back, still waiting for replacement. Avoid!

If I could give them a minus I certainly would - I ordered a pair of size 12 men’s orthopaedic slip ins - firstly they were mis-sized about size 9 or 10 at most - in fact they fitted my sone who is a size 9!!!! Secondly they were certainly NOT orthopaedic shoes - soft with no support almost like carpet slippers.
Cheap Chinese labour - they promised to replace them with the correct size - now NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM - I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND - NOW SILENCE - IVE BEEN CONNED YET AGAIN - DONT BUY FROM THEM

This company is 💯 NOT based in the UK, I ordered some swimwear for my holiday, then was going to order something else,but I checked before I placed any orders just to make sure they were in the UK they said they are based on Wembley, so I just thought I would check people's reviews, only to find they are from China, I would never order stuff from China due to poor quality and sizing issues,I literally ordered yesterday and have tried to cancel only to find out they have a 1 hour cancellation policy, on UK it's 14 days, they are now saying it's clear on the confirmation that it's shipped from Hong Kong, it isn't it's Royal Mail tracked service again leading you to feel it's safe as UK based, I have raised an immediate dispute with credit card company wish me luck, I hate being miss sold and miss lead

Wish I could mark this company even lower. Shoes never arrived and no response to my request for a refund, only a suggestion that I check my property to see if I have missed them. Yodel state they have been returned to the sender. Complete no, no, this lot. Keep well clear under any circumstance. They state that they have a UK address, but it is obviously a Chinese con which undermines other, perfectly satisfactory, dealings I have had with the country.
