Totally untrustworthy company
This company lacks any semblance of decent customer service.
I ordered goods, which I was assured they would arrive in time for my holiday.
They repeatedly said they were on the way.
They never arrived on time infact over 3 weeks instead of the quoted 6 to 12 days.
On arrival they were not what I ordered and the quality of the sandals attrocious.
Following on many emails regarding the error and the return at my own cost to China.
The return address is incomplete, the email is incorrect as is the phone number.
All in all I believe that this company should have their liscence revoked
Absolutely disgusted with the lack of any honest customer service

I ordered a man's cardigan almost 3 weeks ago. It arrived today. Very disappointed with it. Very poor quality. I ordered L it's probably S/M and one sleeve is longer than the other. What a complete waste of £34.95. I just wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Keep away from this company.

Avoid like the plague!
I have been trying to get a refund for a pair of sandals I ordered for well over a month now. They were badly made and due to the stitching and lumps of glue, totally impossible to wear. This is a Chinese company masquerading as a uk one and they offer you every other solution rather than a complete refund which would involve paying the return shipping costs of around the same amount that I paid for them, ie over £20. As a last resort I asked them to send me another pair but these are made the same way and they could not even get the size right. Avoid them like the plague. I have reported them to trading standards.

The dress received was not as shown on the website
We ordered a dress for my wife for going on holiday. It took weeks to arrive and only just arrived on time. The dress received was not as shown on the website. When we told them this they offered discounts on future purchases and said we could keep the dress. I told them my wife didn't want the dress since it was not as shown on the website. Then they offered a partial refund for the dress. When I said it was their error and they should fully refund and pay for the return, they just kept offering higher refunds up to 50% and to keep the dress. I asked for them to send a courier to pick the dress up and pay the 100% refund. Now all they have sent is an address in China asking me to return the dress at a courier cost of approx. £20 - no mention of refund nor a pre-paid courier. They have done everything possible to prevent them having to provide a full refund and pick up the dress. I notice that their returns email address is incorrect on the website and it bounces until you correct it, the business address is at a housing estate in London and the phone number on their website does not work. They are not a limited company and are not mentioned on Companies House. I would summarise by saying that their website is highly misleading. Please give me the 100% refund! Any advice about how to deal with such an entity would be appreciated.

I ordered a pair of 13 shoes the shoes that turned up were more like a size 9 indeed when I put them next to my own size 13s there were 50 many metres shorter.
I have tried to contact Support at Davison Cooper but all to no avail. The emails bounced back on when I tried to telephone. I was told that I wasn’t authorised to use that number despite the fact that the number was given as a Support number I am not surprised that they have had extremely bad reviews and I intend to report them to trading standards. As you can see, I’ve had a reply from Davie and Cooper, which is placating but utter nonsense. I have already tried to contact them three times they know exactly what the problems are. I described the problems in great detail and even sent them a photograph. They think that by sending this reply they are seen to be reacting appropriately.
They are not they are simply asking me to send all the details I have already sent thus trying to convince trustpilot readers that they are doing the right thing by their customers, this is clearly not the case.

Better than expected.
I had to wait longer than expected for the delivery as it was coming from China and was getting anxious as ordered shoes for my holiday, but was kept informed. They have arrived in time, and they do fit,which surprised me after reading some of the reviews. I have a fairly wide foot so am very pleased.
Evri let me down by not saying they had delivered them, and I found them in the recycling bin by chance,but that's nothing to do with Davis and Cooper. Their website looks like a British company ,which it's not but the shoes are fine.

Davies & Cooper is a scam. The products they sell are of inferior qualities and the sizes are different from what they say on their website.
I bought 2 trainers, the sizes did not match what they say.
Also, I contacted Davies & Cooper for refund, they said they can only give about 4% of my money back and that I will be responsible for postage and shipping of the Trainers.

Cheap and nasty Chinese factory, purporting to be a boutique in London
Waited almost a month for delivery of sandals. Supposed to be orthopaedic. When they arrived they were appalling . Cheap. shoddy and definitely not orthopaedic. I would never ever have worn them. They bore little resemblance to the photos on website. Packaging showed they were from China. Coukd not get refund. Eventually offered 15% money back. I was actually glad to receive this and put the whole experience behind me! Not a London company at all. Cheap and nasty!!!
