Great customer service
After waiting in the queue for about 10 minutes I got to speak to a person who actively tried to help me.
I was able to explain my situation and then Cerease asked some questions and was able to give me the relevant information, enabling me to resolve the question on the customer portal.
I did expect to be able to resolve the issue that quickly, but with the great service I was able to.

Home move and tariff change
I've just moved out (August 2026) and they can't provide me with a final bill because apparently the tariff changed in April. But they don't yet know what that tariff is! How can it be 4 months down the line and they not know what they are charging people for the energy used.
Truly catastrophic shortfall in service.

Excellent service from Gemma.lunn. I raised a query from Japan before moving into my flat, after receiving a final reminder for a balance with no invoice behind it. Gemma replied quickly and explained exactly what had happened: the balance predated my tenancy and I was not liable. She confirmed the actual meter readings, explained a metering connection issue affecting the development, and answered a follow-up question about how my first invoice would be opened. What could have been a stressful situation from the other side of the world was resolved completely and clearly.

Do not reccomend, avoid.
Difficult to understand customer portal. Unreliable 'latest transactions', showing my last payment there was last December, whereas I paid 3 bills since then. Difficult to amend Direct debit details and to even confirm the direct debit is setup. No transparency around fees/what plan you're on. High daily rate charges and maintenance charges.

We would also be happy to investigate the concerns raised regarding the transactions displayed within the portal and your Direct Debit setup.
