I bought my second investment property with Dashdot. Travis was great throughout the process and was always transparent with all decisions being made. He gave me confidence in the property being purchased and was always available to answer any relevant questions I had or reiterate anything that didn’t make sense.

This process was a lot easier to go through with someone holding my hand vs. my first property where I was young and naive and didn’t know much about whether the decision on the property would be a good one investment wise.

Travis and the Dashdot team were great and have and will recommend them to family and friends in the future.

I was recommended to DashDot by a friend and honestly couldn’t recommend them more highly. I was super lucky to be matched with Tamara, who was an absolute legend and made the whole process so much easier.

As someone completely new to buying property, I really appreciated how much time the team took to explain things and make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. They gave me the confidence (and a few gentle nudges!) to actually press go when the right property came up.

Anytime I had questions/concerns, they were quick to respond and always went above and beyond with the info I needed. I definitely had a few pre-purchase jitters being new to the game, but they were right there with me through all of it.

We did end up having an unexpected hiccup with missing council paperwork (not DashDot’s fault), which meant I couldn’t settle on the original property we had found. Despite this & the rework required, they didn’t miss a beat & jumped straight in to find new property in record time & secured at the same purchase price.

All up, I worked with the team for about eight months (going through the process twice due to the default!) and honestly had such a great experience. If you’re new to property or feeling a bit unsure about where to start, I'd fully recommend jumping in with the team - you won't regret it :)

Provided feedback on Slack channel regarding some issues with Bond Conveyancing, Dash Dot staff we great in supporting us to reach out and rectify things with Bond.
Some challenges with staff on personal leave throughout the purchasing time frame; however all dash dot contacts were accomodating and supportive.
Overall a good experience - now we weight and hopefully watch it grow :).

Reece (buyer agent) and Bradon (strategy specialist) were both fantastic to work with – knowledgeable, approachable, and committed to finding the right property for us. The only area for improvement would be around continuity and handovers. At times, we found ourselves needing to re-explain things due to a lack of consistent communication between team members or staff leaving the company and new starter.
