SCammers call 10+ times aday looked for a name not me, never told them my name, call from numerous numbers, Have now blocked about 30 numbers

Why does a reputable company/business need to call people 10+ times a day for a sale? Red flag! Be aware and I would advise use your logic and stay away.

Call me non-stop everyday. Emailed them asking them to stop but no success. Have blocked about 5 numbers so far. Just want them to piss off

I experienced continuous delays and misleading responses regarding my withdrawal. Leinș felder resolved the matter seamlessly.

Bought 3 properties in 2022. One got cancelled. The other 2 were delayed by 4 years and also no value gains during that time. Lost a lot of money. Communication is either absent or wrong. Very stressful. They are either out for themselves or have no idea about cuatomer service and trustworthy advice.

My partner and I have been members with Freedom since late 2025. Our member care manager Ivy Chen has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Offered great support and guidance. We have just settled on the land for a property and It was great that our bank valuation came in at the same price, which is rare due to the valuers being extra conservative.

Very professional although I decided I wasn’t ready they were very informative and helpful and refunded my fee as per their promise

I have just settled with my investment property in QLD. Thank you to Stephen Winks of Freedom Property for the support of going through this unfamiliar process and guiding me each step of the way. Thank you also to Rose Ferrer for your persistence in getting all the required info for the loan to be approved and settled. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking at investing in property as you get accurate market information on where to build to maximise profits and member buying power for cheaper properties and legal services.

Poor service and no support or follow ups. The properties they recommend mostly land house packages that provide limited upside to investors, I have bought the service it was a waste.

These guys were so pushy for sale. Ended up feeling pressured to buy a property in Melbourne. As soon as we had signed the loan documents about 2 years ago we never heard from them again and they promised annual follow up calls to check on where we stand with the investment. I guess they don't call back people when they made a loss. DON'T do it!

These guys sold me off the plan property back in early 2022 with a promise of delivery by end of 2022. The property was actually delivered around Dec 2024, ALMOST 2YEARS AFTER PROMISED DELIVERY SCHEDULE . The price they got me to buy in 2022 has remained the same even in 2025, no appreciation at all. i am having to pay high interest rate with below market rate rental income from this property. On top of it i have to pay HIGH STRATA FEES on this property. SO WITH FREEDOM PROPERTY INVESTOR I AM MAKING LOSS OUT OF THE PROPERTY WHILE THESE GUYS POCKETED HEFTY COMMISSION FROM THE SALE BY INFLATING THE PRICE. Stay away from these SCAMMERS and DO NOT PAY MEMBERSHIP FEES/ASK FOR REFUND IF YOU ALREADY HAVE. You will lose money if you go with these dodgy property investors.

They are very pushy and continue to call me despite me blocking their number - they call off another number.
I asked them to stop calling and still they persist -very annoying company

SCAM - What an absolute scam, the rebates and commission they make WILL NOT be in your best interests, they don't like to answer the hard questions and they are misleading and deceptive and will not refund your 60 day RISK FREE membership SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Title: Extremely Disappointed – Freedom Property Investors Only Care About Commissions

I made my investment with Freedom Property Investors, and honestly, it’s been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. After signing and paying, they completely disappeared — no proper follow-up, no real assistance, and I’m still chasing my money back.

It feels like they don’t act in the best interest of clients at all. Everything seems driven by what developers pay them in commissions, not by what’s actually best for investors. The “membership” and “refund guarantee” are full of fine print and nearly impossible to claim.

I’ll also be leaving a review under Freedom Property Investors to alert others. Based on what I and many others experienced, they are more focused on selling whatever benefits them financially than building real long-term relationships with clients.

If you’re thinking of joining them — do your research first. Many other people online have reported the same: poor communication, false promises, and overpriced properties.

Please avoid this company at all costs. Their promises of a “hand-held process” are nothing more than marketing spin – they don’t offer anything you couldn’t get from a decent investment broker, and the execution is chaotic and stressful.

From the very beginning, I made it very, very clear (repeatedly) that the purchase was to be made through my super. Despite this, they repeatedly miscalculated contributions, particularly with my husband’s side, which caused unnecessary delays and stress.

There is no accountability. You’ll be passed from one virtual assistant to another, none of whom communicate well or take ownership. I had to upload my ID multiple times (often via email – hardly secure), because there is no centralised management or system. Communication is fragmented, and there’s no clear way to escalate issues.

The so-called “support” is non-existent. Initial video calls were rushed, instructions we gave were ignored, and there was no assistance setting up the fund’s bank account. To make matters worse, we were told the day before settlement that the settlement statement figure was wrong. Nobody wanted to own the mistake.

Partners they recommend (accountants, property managers, etc.) are also very expensive compared to others in the market – do yourself a favour and shop around. On top of that, after our original (and competent) finance broker was promoted, we were left with someone who went on annual leave for a month, with no communication at all during that time.

This company is disorganised, unaccountable, and misleading in what it claims to offer. If you value your time, money, and sanity – please, please avoid them.

This is not a place to be or have anything to do with. The earlier we all know that the better it is for everyone. Having a place like Zineᥒsis Investment to invest with is more of a better decision and safe.

Freedom Property Investors are not there to help you, they are there to just take your money. They even owe their staff $100,000's if not millions and refuse to pay them.

My experience with Freedom started off positively, but unfortunately things turned after I committed to a property. I signed up as a member in 2021 and shortly after purchased a property in Cleveland, QLD with them. Aside from an update in November 2021 confirming the foundation or slab was completed, there were no meaningful updates on the construction, just continuous delay notifications from the builder, Sunvista Homes, which dragged on for months. Naturally, I grew concerned and tried numerous times to speak with my Strategist at Freedom, but none of my attempts were successful, and I didn’t receive any callbacks. The only time I heard from the Strategist was several months later when he wanted to schedule a call. During that call, he informed me that the build contract with Sunvista Homes was being increased by over $50k, to complete the build within a few months. Reason given for the increase is rising construction costs and material prices. I was told that if I didn’t agree to the variation, the build would take even longer, as priority would be given to those who accepted the price increase in the same area. This was something I never expected, especially since I had used the conveyancer recommended by Freedom, Napoleean & Richard, to protect my interests and avoid surprises like this when signing the construction contract. Both Freedom and Napoleean & Richard advised me to accept the variation to expedite the build and start generating rental income. So, I agreed reluctantly, and the property was completed in August 2023.

After completion, Certainty Property—another company chosen by Freedom, whom I signed up with, took over property management under a rental guarantee scheme. However, my experience with Certainty Property was also disappointing. The rental guarantee clauses turned out to be quite restrictive, with the terms heavily favoring Certainty. Additionally, the property manager assigned to my property was based in Sydney, while the property is in QLD, which seemed like an unusual arrangement. I had concerns with the tenants they selected for which they advised the rental guarantee will no longer apply if they were to continue with tenant search. Didn't want to loose the rental guarantee, we were forced to accept the tenants. Unfortunately, the tenants caused significant damage when they vacated and failed the meet their rental obligations. I reached out to Freedom Member Care to request for an alternative to Certainty Property as I knew of another Property Management company known as Azure Living who Freedom had also engaged to provide rental guarantee in the area. Unfortunately Member Care did not get back to me. Realizing the rental guarantee scheme was more trouble than it was worth, and feeling unsupported after the build, I decided to cancel the management authority with Certainty and signed up with a local agent instead.

The local agent has secured a tenant, who has been at the property for a year now and I finally feel at peace knowing my property is being well-managed by the local agent.

I initially joined Freedom with the goal of building a property portfolio and achieving financial freedom. Regrettably, this experience has left me feeling disappointed.
