Overall we had a great experience with purchasing our first investment property with Dashdot, especially thanks to Reece, our property specialist. They were there with us every step of the way. From the moment we first spoke to them, wanted to understand our situation and future, long term goals. Nothing was unrealistic and they provided realistic and relevant advice (not like another company with had consultant with previously). From finding a property, all the way through to settlement and finding a property manager, every part was smooth and super helpful, given my husband and I both work full time so we have little time to spend on research and finding the top 1% property so we are happy we could use a buyers agency to help source that for us! Thanks again Reece and all the team that helped us at Dashdot.

My experience with Dashdot has been incredibly supportive from start to finish. As a first-time property investor, the process was honestly crazy — hundreds of phone calls and emails, mountains of paperwork, constant time-meeting schedules, satisfying lender conditions, dealing with shortfall funds, setbacks, and even delayed settlements. At times it felt overwhelming and unpredictable.
