My wife and I are two properties in with Dashdot, and I know exactly who we'll be calling for the third and fourth... fifth.... sixth! EVERYTHING is handled so, so professionally. Tamara (our legend property specialist) is an absolute weapon and a highly feared property hunter/gatherer. It's a real shame that I can't underline and bold that last sentence. Full boss lady and knows what's up in life. So stoked we can work with Tamara.

If you do dare, you should expect the best service from the very moment you exchange digits, all the way up until the very end of your journey if/when you hold/sell and jump to the next lily pad. That's pretty clever service, and I'd go as far as to say it goes well beyond that...

To summarise, smart people hunting property with in-house developed AI tech & voted #1 "Most Outstanding Practice - Employee Flexibility" from the AFR as they comfortably crunch their knuckles BTS and help YOU every step of the way pre/post settlement? Do it. Also completely bold enough to publish ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS from every single property they have ever purchased for their clients (and by now, mates) on their website after 12 months from settlement? Come on - that's make believe... until you go and see it for yourself.

You know these guys are the hitting the bullseye when one bystander by default assumes its a scam. That is, until they see the real life changing results for themselves.

Dashdot have been fantastic!
We purchased an investment property and the whole experience was exactly what they said it would be in our initial conversations.
Full experience: I called and went through the initial qualifying/expectation setting discussion - they were very clear on what they do and expectations around the process.
Meeting the team: I met with Cam and Travis who spent a great deal of time finding out what my short and long term asperations where. This was particularly useful as it gives you a roadmap.
Finding the right property: Travis was exceptional - he found a great property that I'm happy with (purchased June 25). Travis clearly cares about his clients and the results, he was swift in response to any questions I had and made sure I was across everything throughout. I found him very reliable and honest.
Stumbling blocks: we found a couple of properties early on that we got priced out of - I don't see this as a negative as I never felt pushed to over pay and they are very clear when they believe the price exceeds the value. We found a place I thought was great but during our due diligence check we found some damage to the home that we felt we should steer clear of - this really put my mind at ease as Dashdot are really thorough and frankly I wouldn't have picked it up if not for the extra inspection.
Buying: Again the process was easy as the team give you clear expectations of timelines and what's required
Overall: I would absolutely use them again, its challenging to find the right property by yourself and the piece of mind you get from all the data and experience they provide is absolutely worth it.

My purchase experiences with DashDot were both 10/10. I got to work with two of their property specialists - Travis and Nic. The entire process was extremely seamless with 100% clarity and transparency. Of course it was a nerve-racking process purchasing investments but I cannot express how thankful I am for the specialists' guidance and support. Everyone involved was super responsive and helpful which made it somewhat... a really fun experience! I cannot comment on the performance of the investments just yet as they are new but these guys are exceptionally knowledgeable so I am hopeful! If I had more money to invest, I would 100% go with DashDot again, without a doubt.
