I had an issue with 3 items out of my online order which took 45 days to finally be delivered. 2 mags wouldn't fit as advertised and there was a listing error on quantity received. They told me they don't send return labels for misinformation or error on their part. I wont be doing business again and I'll spread the word to avoid you guys. Customer service goes a long way, especially when you make people wait 30+ days for a shipment.

No surprises, I knew going in that they don't ship anything before 30 days out. I don't get anything from them that I can't afford to wait for - which is well worth their pricing and s/h charges (I look for the $5 flat s/h they run a couple times a month). A: FFL items - order 8/16/24, deliver 10/7/24. B: Barrel - order 9/12/24, deliver 9/17/24! C: Rings & pic rail - order 8/22/24, deliver 10/8/24. Dack Outdoors has fulfilled all my orders & as far as the long lead times, I buy at the beginning of my CC billing period, so I'm not paying for the purchase till 45 days later anyway...

Ordered: 8/21 and Rec'vd 10/8. Sure, their website states that delivery can take up to 30 days. This order took 49 days. And it was nothing that was backordered. Many sites had these products for a few dollars more. I would have had these within a week with the major sellers. I am not sure why these people take so long... maybe they get a week worth of orders and place one huge order to the warehouse to save on shipping? I don't know... but 49 days is abhorrant in this day and age. I have blocked their website to NEVER AGAIN order from this outfit..

Placed an order for parts. Weeks passed and they didn't ship. I asked when they should ship and they told me around 30 days. Ridiculous. The email turn around time was unacceptably long. I canceled my order and they tried to keep 5% quoting some policy I'd never seen. I initiated a charge back. Stay away from this place. It sucks. There is a reason it's on the blacklist - I found out too late. "Anne" informed me they have some customer charge back category this happens so often. I don't think she meant it to be helpful but it seems like any business that has it happen so often they have something like that is one people should stay away from.

Never received the paid for item from these iceholes. I waited 40 days to either get the item shipped or get a refund. It takes them 2 or 3 days to respond to any email & all I ever got was the runaround. If you like having someone else use your money for free for a month - or longer - go ahead & order away.

Summary: worst customer service I have ever received - seems to be a ponzi scheme of some kind.

ABSOLUTE THIEVES! I WAITED 30 DAYS FOR AN NFA ITEM, AND THEY HAD EVERYTHING THEY NEEDED TO COMPLETE FORM 3 AND TRANSFER IT, BUT THEY CHOSE TO DO NOTHING UNTIL THE ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK. DON’T MIND THAT I ALREADY PAID AROUND $3,000 FOR EVERYTHING, BUT THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! THEIR LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND FAILURE TO FOLLOW THROUGH HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, WHEN I REACHED OUT FOR SUPPORT, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS UNRESPONSIVE AND UNHELPFUL. AFTER SPENDING WEEKS TRYING TO GET ANSWERS, I WAS MET WITH NOTHING BUT EXCUSES AND DELAYS. I EXPECT BETTER FROM A COMPANY THAT DEALS WITH SUCH HIGH-VALUE ITEMS. THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF A NIGHTMARE—FROM THE INCOMPETENCE OF THE STAFF TO THE ABSOLUTE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. I FEEL COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF AND WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE OTHERS TO AVOID THIS SITE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND PEACE OF MIND. REPORT THEM TO THE ATF AND IRS ASAP!

Scam site. Charged immediately and after 6 weeks no shipment or return email. All items showed in stock. Customer service is non-existent. Don't waste your time or money. They make their money off the 5% order cancellation fee. Order cancellation emails are the only emails they read.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I wrote them 10 letters to get my money back, they wrote me one letter with the text "we will now check the status of your order" and after that they disappeared again, I wrote them 10 letters again but they disappeared and do not answer! I made an order from them and only then read the reviews, do not make my mistakes, this is a company of scammers and irresponsible people!

They listed the wrong firearm on there website and have refused to return it or give any kind of refund. I ordered a Girsan Liberador with sugar skull grips, instead they send a We the people Girsan with a Statue of Liberty on the grips. I reached out to Anna from their customer service and she said since I accepted the firearm from the FFL they wont refund it. Don't bother with them they listed the wrong item on the website and refuse to take any responsibility for it and basically its my fault for not opening the case before I accepted the gun. Buy from literally anybody else even if you do pay a little more.

I ordered a rifle on June 1,2024 and another rifle on June 5,2024. As of July 7,2024, there was no indication of either item being shipped. During that period of time, I emailed Dack numerous times and eventually received responses from Shelby and Anne. They told me they had 30 days to ship the items and that one of the items was being processed. On July 7,2024 I canceled both orders. I was then threatened with a 5% fee. Immediately after cancelling both orders received a bogus shipping number for one of the items. I notified my bank and requested they handle the "non receipt of items " issues. Read all of the reviews, we all cannot be wrong. I would give them zero stars if possible. I should have read the reviews before attempting to purchase anything from Dack.

never again will I order from dack. they don't have real inventory and they are just a drop shipper. they have a policy that shipping can take up to 30 days. why and how are y'all still in this industry they truly need to be black listed, they claim they have low prices but if you go to gundeals they are plenty of other vendors that has it for the same price.

This is an absolutely horrible company. Read all the negative reviews- It's all true. I have too much negative to write and not enough, just Don't! Don't do business with this scam company, you will regret it!

I put in an order with wrong FFL. It was VERY concerning to me, and, I'm old school; "What? No phone?" I contacted them Email. The responses were quick, follow up constant and they put me at ease. I actually enjoyed the experience, they stayed on top of things start to finish.
Price was right, shipping was exactly as guaranteed and written throughout the website "If you want it fast, we're not your guys". Shipping time was reasonable, and at no time concerning.
The Customer Service after the sale definitely will bring me back

I have never written a negative review on any website. But this is necessary. This company is engaged in fraudulent and deceptive behavior. They are essentially giving themselves interest free loans at other people's expense. Everyone who has been through this should email me. After a 32 day wait and the day after the owner seen my bad review on Google I got an email saying there was an inventory discrepancy and they canceled my order. Exercise Extreme Caution when dealing with this company because they don't care about their customers at all

Order placed, Feb 9, 2024. CC Charged Feb 9, 2024. No communication from DACK Outdoors until March 18, 2024 after I sent two prior emails requesting status. They offered a Refund and I requested said Refund on March 18, 2024, they did not respond to the Refund Request, On March 19, 2024 a CC Charge Back was initiated and DACK Outdoors was notified by me on the same day. On March 20, 2024 a Shipping Tracking Number appeared. Then on March 21, 2024 I get a threatening email from DACK Outdoors for initiating a Charge Back and If I don't pay or Return To Sender they will send me to collection. A Return To Sender was initiated with USPS on March 21, 2024. All emails are on file.

I purchase two of the same item at $107.75 each on 27 October 2023. Dack Outdoors restocks the item at least four times throughout November to the 28th of December. The price fluctuates between $126.77 or more at such time. My order enters the status of "now processing" on the 25th of November until refunded on the 22nd of December without notice. Dack has five opportunities to fulfill my order since 03 January 2024. I can wait a few more weeks since almost two months pass already! Just fulfill the order in the same good faith I pay for it!

The totality of negative reviews reveals a pattern of deceitful behavior:
1) Blame the supplier for some ambiguous discrepancy.
2) Feign remorse with a "copy & paste" apology.
3) Offer resolution under pretense of Christian values.
4) Do nothing to keep word.

Ask any Dack customer service representative after experiencing circumstances 1 through 3 the following question: Will you honor the price paid for the same item under the original order?

I receive the sound of crickets for the answer and confirmation of the 4th circumstance. Dack reneges on orders to satisfy its avarice by offering to process a new order at the higher price! Dack exemplifies the worst kind of hypocrite who denies being one under the pretense of religion. Pay a little more to a reputable retailer for peace of mind and avoid the grief of dealing with Dack Outdoors.

My experience with this business was less than adequate. I placed an order for a buttstock on February 1st and another order for a handguard on the 5th. As of March 4th, neither of my orders had been shipped. This is unacceptable. I emailed them to cancel both orders. I will see how long it takes to get my $200+ refund credited back to me. No apologies, no we are sorry. To be fair in this review, while looking closely at their website they do state this is not a quick order site and that they can take up to 30 days to ship. I patiently waited 33 days and neither of my orders had been shipped. I can't imagine how they continue doing business. I found the same handrail cheaper at Tactical Surplus USA and got it delivered within 5 business days. That's a good online business working toward great customer service that I will continue to do business with. I hope this helps any who reads this review. If only I had known this before I ordered from them.

Like some others I sure wish I’d done my due diligence! It’s now 30days since I placed my order for a in stock weapon. There was no status change for 25 days, I sent them a email and Lo and behold the next day it went to processing mode. Still hasn’t made it to the shipping stage. I will never do business with these clowns ever again no matter how cheap the product is.
I think the thing that really torques me is that they use being a “Christian business” as another lure. There’s nothing Christian about the way they do business. Now I’m awaiting for the “sorry your order has been cancelled”. Another thing that should have sent up a major red flag is that they promote sales on different weapons and manufacturers, but they only have maybe 4-5 products in stock (allegedly). I sure wouldn’t recommend these “Christians” to anyone!

This is my 1st time leaving a negative review for a company. I would leave negative stars if it were possible. Extremely poor service.
I wish I would have checked sites like this before purchasing anything from Dack Outdoors.
I picked up a new AR locally & decided to purchase (10) extra mags. Came across dack outdoors & the price was about $1.00 cheaper per mag than most places so I thought I would give them a try.
I didn’t notice their shipping policy until a week after the purchase stating that “shipments can take up to 30 days” so I decided that’s on me & I patiently waited.
At 32 days I decided to check on the status of my purchase. No change so I reached out to them & 2 days later I received an email stating that the products were out-of-stock and that I would receive a refund for the purchase but not to expect it anytime soon.
Basically it amounted to (6) weeks for them to use the money I paid for the purchase but not supply the product.
I purchased them at PSA instead for the same price & received the products in less than a week.
Up to you… Read the fine print. Run, don’t walk when it comes to purchasing anything from dack outdoors.
