Do not purchase from this company. Beyond waiting 2.5 months for my order to ship. I've waited over 3 weeks for my refund to be processed. They have ghosted me, and now I will have to contact my bank to dispute the charge. Terrible CS and awful business practices.

Waiting for a refund for two months, no response, a SCAM BS

It’s been months, no items, no refund and empty promises. Do not order anything from them. These people are the scum of the earth.

Filed for Bankruptcy. Go figure...

I ordered items from them last November, still not received anything! Just checked online after repeated attempts to check in. They said items were on backorder to find out after reaching the store personnel, they said they can order them, as they are in stock with distributor. They never told me this and i checked my order online and it says they are going out of business. This place is 100% a scam!! Would give 0 review but doesn't allow!!

From best to worst. Just like that.

The original experience I had with them was neutral. Took a long time for them to respond. Finally after a month they completed the initial order.

Sadly shame on me I trusted them again. I placed my order in AUGUST it is now FEBRUARY and the order is still incomplete. Not only that. I have to email them and ask where my products are. That should NOT be the case. They should be more transparent than “it’ll take 30 days”. Now here is the kicker. They are liars. They say they are family owned and operated. That is UNTIL you need a refund. Then it’s an outside company that handles that and they can only process so many refunds at once. Guess how I found out? I emailed asking where the rest of my order is and they respond with “fulfillment didn’t ship that would you like a refund”. I respond with sure when can I expect it. Now it’s radio silence. They have had my money since August. They won’t give it back. They won’t communicate.

Bottom line: NO ONE SHOULD ORDER FROM HERE

I have done business with Dack's the past couple of years with little issues. First order 35 days, second order 45 or so. Last 3 orders totaling over $4300.00 since last Sept 23rd, and no shipments yet to date and not responding as fast. "Order processing" has been like over 2 months. Carsley, Anne, Ivy, all assured me refunds over the past 3 weeks, still nothing. I'm wondering if Anne, or Ivy are even real employees or just fake email names, and Carsley is the only one. Hard to tell. No phone no. available to call them either. So, I called my Cabelas CC and they took care of it immediately. Got my full refund and they are going after Dack Outdoors. Carsley Crabtree is nothing but a scam artist imo, and a dishonest individual. Have to laugh at them using scripture on their website page too to lure in customers. What a mockery. May want to check out his investment company he is part owner with as well. Agroncorp.com. Gee, wonder where they are getting their investment monies from,,,,,hmmmm. He also has multiple LLC companies under his name in a small town of like 345 population with some being of the same addresses. Check out the entire website, board of directors, short term investing, etc. All seems very fishy. Now Dacks Outdoors is selling on Gunbroker as well and GB cannot do anything about bad purchases on GB, so avoid them. I see today he has lost some gun brands too on Dack's website, and his inventory is shrinking on some brands he used to carry a lot of. Red flags. They'll most likely be out of business sooner than later. Folks, they are not worth the risk!!

I have reported to Missouri Attorney General to report business practices. If you are interested with supplementing my complaint, I have attached the case number. Good luck.

DACK Outdoors is a scammer. I ordered in mid-September 2025 and they charged my credit card the next day. They said my order was delivered by USPS on January 17, 2026. I have video doorbell showing no delivery. Nothing appeared in my USPS Informed Delivery account for that day either. Emailed them multiple times. They ask me to contact the USPS, but I do not have anything to deal with USPS. How can I ask USPS to do anything about something that was not delivered to my address. Contacted my credit card company and they agreed to take on this case even though the charge has been more than 90 days. Do Not Buy From DACK Outdoors if you do not want to loose your hard-earned money.

Communication is abhorrent! They only communicate through email which lags greatly! Bought and received the same sidearm through another company in less than a week! And I waited over 39 days just to find out it was not in stock. I don't see how they stay in business. I canceled all my orders with them...

Bottom Line
DACK Outdoors isn’t just slow. It isn’t just disorganized. It isn’t just “a small business doing its best.”
Based on the overwhelming consistency of customer experiences, this company behaves like a cash flow desperate, inventory less, customer ignoring, refund delaying, excuse manufacturing disaster that no one should trust with a single dollar.
There are too many reputable retailers out there to waste your time — or your money — on DACK Outdoors.
Carsley Crabtree should be ashamed of his antics....

I HIGHLY recommend you DON'T shop with these people.

At the time of writing this, I am 84 days from the date of my order. I reached out and got an email from Ivy. She has since disappeared from ANY communication despite multiple emails from me.

Doing a charge-back first thing in the morning!

UPDATE: I did the chargeback.

They are now filing bankruptcy. Knowing these “good Christians”, they will still take your money. Stay far away!!

This outfit seems like a complete scam, they offer a few dollars off the next best price from real retailers on a gun, then string you along WAY past the time any manufacturer special pricing could last...offer a complete refund after 30 days of them collecting interest off your money.
I can't imagine how ATF has not closed these scammers down for their obvious fraud yet.

Since I couldn't give a zero. So here goes. During a web search, I run across this company, and they list the magazine I want at a reasonable price. So I place the order. Yes, I was notified that orders may take up to 30 days, and yes I got the pathetic "this is a family owned company" so please feel sorry for us and wait in peace. SO, I waited. I placed the order on 12/2/2025 and on 01/02/2026, having received not even a tiny update I contacted them by email. I only asked for an order update. I got the paragraph about Boo Hoo we are a family owned company and things take time. So I waited until 01/08/2026 and asked for another update, and got the same canned reply. So I requested an order cancellation 3 different ways (just in case); I replied to my order confirmation, I contacted customer service, and I replied to an employee email I received when I placed the order. Personally? I think its a polite scam where they hold your money for a minimum of 30 days (banks call it float) and make money on using yours for whatever. Some request refunds at 30 days, some wait longer then cancel, either way they float your money. No matter what they list, no matter how good the price, they obviously have nothing in stock...so if you can't get it...they are not going to be able to either. BEWARE!

Why I’ve been waiting since November 21 for my package to arrive finally got a hold of Ivy and he said that he would look into it. I still haven’t received my order so I cancel. I still haven’t received my money back ,after reading reviews. I think I have been scammed so beware

AVOID DACK Outdoors at all costs. I ordered from them, and there was no communication for over 5 weeks. I contacted customer service, and they weren't helpful. I would highly recommend avoiding DACK Outdoors, as this seems to be the pattern with every review I've read.

Crooks, do not buy from them. They will send you a email AFTER you buy saying that shipping can take over a month. I emailed them asking to cancel the order and refund my money. She won't refund me w/out charging a cancellation fee. They haven't even shipped the item yet. I had to call my CC company and dispute it.

Carsley, Anne, Ivey, etc. lie and say they’re checking on this and that. They take 48 hours at least to return an email, no phone number. They process your shipment after 28/31 days to make you think it’ll ship soon, it does not. I’ve waited over 63 days now, can’t get a response. SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE.

In 2024, I purchased a Sinclair Power Station for my reloading, which was listed as in stock. After more than a month passed, I reached out to Dack about the order. What followed was a drawn-out process with a disappointing outcome—months later, I finally received a refund, as Dack was unable to get the supplier to restock the product.

On October 30, 2025, Dack advertised a Walther PPQ Q5 Steel Frame pistol at a competitive price, further enhanced by a 10% promotional discount. Despite my prior negative experience, I proceeded with the purchase. On December 5, 2025, I responded to an email from Dack in which they confirmed it was over 30 days since my purchase and they would issue a refund of my $1,196.

This company's owner was in car sales for six years —draw your own conclusions.
