I have been waiting for nearly 45+ days. Do not order from this site.

Horrible company that doesn't honor their shipping policy. It seems like they are in the business of taking your money for a long term loan without providing products that you order. Promised me a refund but I had to contest charge with my bank in order to get my money back. All of this took a total of 7 weeks from the time I placed my order. Zero Stars, avoid at all costs!

I ordered a t-shirt from DACK Outdoors, 30 days for delivery. I will never order from them again, and I still haven't received my order! This is completely unacceptable and downright shady business practice. For a t-shirt, really? The price is the same as it is everywhere else. It’s 2025, and customers expect to receive their items within 4 to 5 days, not wait a month! DACK Outdoors is completely failing in customer service. They are the worst, 45 days later no Ammo no credit, never deal with them again. and they are claiming it shippen when on site it said backordered.

On May 26th, 2025, the retailer charged my credit card $82.81 for a simple order of 100 Hornady bullets. As of June 11th, 2025, they have not given me the tracking number or a ship date.
They have earned an F rating with the BBB, and several posts have been made about their nefarious business practices.
I genuinely looked forward to purchasing from Dack Outdoors, but unfortunately, they fell far short of expectations. An order was placed with them after a search on AmoSeek for 2 boxes of Hornady Bullets.  Three weeks later, I hadn't received a ship date even though my credit card had already been charged.  After contacting them, I was informed that their policy on their website states it could take up to 30 days for them to ship the product.  To add insult to injury, they then pointed out that I must have missed that notice on their website and that it is clearly spelled out in their FAQs. While they responded to my emails, it felt like little effort was put into ensuring a good customer experience. I filed a dispute with AMEX and am waiting for that process to complete to settle this matter with Dack Outdoors. 

Additionally, I filed a complaint with the BBB, which has given them an F rating, and a complaint with AmmoSeek.

In further correspondence with them, they claim that a refund cannot be issued now because a dispute has arisen. On June 19, 2025, Amex informed me they reached out to Dack Outdoors and had not received a reply. 

I suspect that they charge everyone and then keep 5%. They never comfirmed anything. They charge the card right away even though you wait a month and nothing shows up. Then chrge 5% fir doing nothing. The place is a scam. All the reviews say it. Will report the 5% to my credit card company.

Order gun 4-17 it's 5-10 still nothing you can only email them ,and they both respond. The ATF will have a field day with the soon.

Placed an order on 3/17/25 The business billed me for on 3/18, on 4/17 I was told they were looking into issues why it hadn’t shipped in their lengthy 30 day allotted window to process and ship orders. I was told on 4/25 my order would ship early the following week at the latest. It’s now 45 days later and the business appears to have no idea what has happened or when my order can be fulfilled. I have not been able to get a more definitive timeframe even tho a week ago I was assured it would ship early the week of 4/28.

They only communicate via email and very infrequently, meaning you can go 2-3 days without receiving a reply.

I am sorry, but a refund after you’ve had my money for 45 days is a terrible solution. Just do your job and deliver the items you billed me for 1.5 months ago….

Buyer beware

When ordering from Dack Outdoors, never said it would take over a month to get the product. There is no customer support, no phone, no email. Do not order anything from Dack Outdoors. If shipment doesn't come only recourse is to cancel payment from credit card company.

Dack Outdoors is a terrible company. They take payment claiming your product is in stock but take well over 30 days to deliver (if at all). They refuse to communicate shipping status details and offer a refund after they’ve held on to your payment collecting interest after you’ve waited weeks. After requesting detailed shipping information they stop communicating. Do not buy from them no matter the listed savings. This is their hook. It definitely feels like a scam. Don’t believe me just look at all their negative online reviews. I will never ever use them again no matter the so called savings.

Just dont do it....no emails, no updates and no item. It's been many weeks now. My first order, and for sure my last order.

Dack is a scam. Ordered an item over 5 weeks ago that was in stock. Never got the item. A simple search on Google shows they are not legit. Terrible communication! Tehy sit on your money and draw interest for 30 days before or if ever they ship your item. I had to ask for a full refund which I am still waiting for.

Ordered ammo from DAK and thought I was getting a good deal and would have settled for the long shipping time but found that prices were in line with other companies that ship the next day. It has been a month and I am still waiting for my ammo! I would not suggest buying from this company even if prices were low, their shipping sucks, their customer service does not exist and I have no idea how they get repeat business.

Complete Scam! They don't make wait time apparent before you buy. Then to top it off its been over a month and nothing! I haven't heard from them or got products. When you contact them they make sure you know that you will be charged a ( 5% cancellation fee). Don't be fooled dispute charge with bank and don't give these crooks any money. Ashamed to say they are local to me.

I ordered a fairly expensive item, over $350 which is expensive for me. Communications were excellent right from the start, with a confirmation email arriving within minutes of the order. I had read some of the reviews and sent them a note shortly after placing the order expressing my concern. Anne emailed me the very next morning which made me feel a lot better. The order arrived by FedEx in one week. While I can’t speak for others my experience was exceptional in every way. Price, service, and communications couldn’t have been better. My guess is for the most part they don’t stock all the items sold and are at the mercy of others to fill some of their orders. I for one plan to continue shopping with this small business with a big heart!

I thought I would try this company only because the prices were competitive and they had a free shipping deal. I wish I had paid attention to all those negative reviews. Some review sites have more 1-star ratings for Dack Outdoors than 2,3,4 or 5 stars combined. My experience is the same. I would give them zero stars if I could because of the lies and awful/horrendous customer support along with shady practices make this a place to avoid. I was willing to wait the 30 days for shipment they claim is necessary but we are now over 40 days and the lies continue. Further, they offended me by playing on feelings and emotions with stolen Christian valor saying how they are a Christian family company and that their number one priority is glorifying god. That is the biggest load of crap of all. I have been treated more Christian-like by devil worshipers than this so-called Christian company. Please do not be deceived and do yourself a favor DO SOME RESEARCH ON DACK OUTDOORS BEFORE YOU BUY. Otherwise, you will be just like me, disappointed, frustrated, feeling cheated, and still waiting for your order to be shipped. It is so bad I would not buy from this company again even if I could get a 80% discount! That is how bad it is. Please do not be foolish and check out some reviews before you give Dack Outdoors your business. I guarantee you will be happier and be taken much better care of doing business elsewhere.

I have ordered from them a dozen times. I have never been scammed. It usually takes 30 days before they start the processing and then another week before it arrives. It has always arrived except one time when I canceled my order and then I got a prompt refund. I don't understand why they take so long but I have saved a lot of money. If I want something I almost always look at Dack and if they can save me money they come through.

"dackoutdoors.com" is nothing less than a bottom feeding slimy schemer feeding on national value concept while they clearly use consumers funds to create themself a 30 day operating budgets simply putting all orders automatically 30 Day wait period. Their scheme gets even worse when the make up a story of order in processing que. This scheme allows them keep your funds even longer time without doing any legitimate processing. The idea is that they want %5 cut from your order if any time you may want to cancel. Thieves in disguise.

Took 31 days to get to processing. Waited 20 days in processing, email response stated that they will ship it out tomorrow. But that tomorrow never came. I asked for refund, don’t really know how long it takes. Don’t really if Dack is a scam or real business.
