This place is a total scam! I made a $550 purchase and it showed the item was in stock. Shortly after it showed they didn't have it. I tried to contact them with no answer. I wanted to cancel my order and they then, in a email, said I couldn't for 30 days. They then said there would be a 5% fee for canceling the order. It's been over 30 days and now I don't hear anything from them. You can't call or anything. I reported them to my credit card and opened a dispute. I contacted the company that made the item I purchased from Dack. I was told it was a short run and they won't be making any more. DACK OUTDOORS IS A TOTAL SCAM! I wished I would have seen all the negative things on them before I ordered anything. All the other reviews are 100% true. Now I'm fighting to get my money back. What a rip off place!

Stating that shipping time may be up to 30 days has a considerable downside for a credit card purchase. DackOutdoor customer service was quick to reply to inquiries I sent direct to them about the status of my order, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING OTHER THAN 'PLEASE BE PATIENT'. So I went to my credit card company at 31 days and started a dispute. Having read a number of reviews saying that a product was never received, I wanted to be sure I would get a refund (if the $26 hardware piece) if the product was never delivered. I don't understand the substantial delay for a none firearm purchase that is listed as "In Stock" and continues to be advertised as available for purchase while I'm waiting for mine to be shipped. Sorry, but this is no way to run a small business and to expect return customers and positive reviews.

Echoing what everyone else says. I actually once did receive a product from Dack. Took an absurd amount of time. They take your money, doubtless earn interest on it, and then even when the return it months later, they’re ahead. I’m stubborn and send them emails constantly on this latest order. It will soon be 4 months and they claim they can’t give a shipping date. I intend legal action. Absolute reprehensible scam artists.

Guys, never buy anything from them. I figured this is a scam, they are trying to use your money, and those who don't have the possibility to do a chargeback, you are screwed/caught/in trouble, because most likely you won't see the product or the money. I waited 3 weeks with zero result and in the end did a chargeback through my bank. Don't waste time and money, this sign/front/facade is shit.

Unfortunately, like many others, I did not see the reviews until after I purchased from them. They state that they are dirt-cheap pricing, but take 30 days to ship as a result. Not an issue, I didn't need this item urgently and they were cheap so why not? Well, fast forward and about 35 days later I had mostly forgotten about it until I saw the order confirmation again. Curious, I reach out and they basically say, "sorry it hasn't shipped yet, do you want to cancel?" to which I inquire as to what the time frame would be. They say, "we have no idea" which is odd. It's been over a month and you have no idea when it will ship? So basically, I'm paying 30 days in advance for a chance to get this item, and if it doesn't work out then I get refunded. What kind of business model is that? I'll be sure to refrain from buying from them in the future, unless I have a product that I can do without for an indefinite amount of time.

Odered a CZ83 pistol. I understood that they would take 30 days to ship. I contacted them after 30 days. the status changed to processing an I was told that they were working on getting it shipped. A few days later, they offered a refund. On a positive note, I did receive the refund. I will stick with battleHawk Armory, Palmetto State Armory, Classic Firearms, and Royal Tiger Imports.

They charge my credit card..I asked about a shipping status a week after ..they say they orderes take 30 days ask described in website.. i replied I don't want to follow your 30 days policy..give me my refund ..they said they will charge 5% restocking fee..its been 15 days haven't received my money or item yet..its scam imo..

They will take your money to give themselves an interest-free loan for 30 days. Then, they'll refund your money and say they never even had the item for sale.

Unfortunately, I didn’t see all the bad reviews before ordering. I ordered a 10mm the end of September. Several days later the status was changed to processing. Now we are in the beginning of November and they ask if I want to hang in there and they will refund the cost of shipping. No thanks. They are just a dropshipper and there is no reason to hold customer funds for 30 plus days.

Arguably the most retarded, incompetent, and negligent company on the planet. Avoid at all costs. If you choose to order, your shipment will take months and month (if you actually get it) and they charge you on day one. I am absolutely shocked they manage to stay in business. No doubt it is not from repeat customers.

Took 5 weeks to tell me my item was out of stock. I was also told when you place your order is not when they consider the order placed. They said your order is placed when they receive your FFL. They waited a week to email me that my dealers license was expired. Then they took 2 weeks to acknowledge they received it. I requested a refund on week 5 and now it's almost the beginning if week 7 and no refund yet! Do not buy anything from these people!

I didn't like the 30 day waiting period but the price seemed good enough to warrant the wait. Ordered a $1700.00 Browning shotgun. When ordering, you must input FFL dealer before you can place the order. Approx 5 days after taking my money they send an email that I must have the FFL dealer send them his/her info, again. Now 30 days is 35 days, minimum. They have my money.
I emailed them... only a BOT email response. Says something to the effect that in about 2 days I'll get a response. Grrrrrr! This happened a couple of times....Grrrrrr!
On day 34 I received the following email;
"Thank you again for your business - we just wanted let you know that your order is now processing.
While this does not indicate that your order has already shipped, it does mean that we've entered all of your items into our order queue to get everything started! Your order will remain in this status until it ships. At that time, you'll receive an automated email with tracking details.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reply to this email or visit the DACK Outdoors Help Center here."
I responded to the email by telling them; "I've waited the full time you asked. If my gun can not ship by tomorrow, the 10th, refund my money. I'll shop elsewhere, after 30 days now, you are not shipping my order, refund my money."
I received the following email in response; "Hi there — just wanted you to know I’ve received your message
and I’m taking care of it personally.
You’re not chatting with a bot — I’ll be back with an update soon,
usually within the next day or so. Thanks for giving me a little time to look into it for you.
Please note: We do our best to reply to every message within 24 hours, Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM (CST). We’re a small but dedicated crew, and all support is handled right here in-house — never outsourced."
I immediately emailed "Anne" back and demanded a refund if they did not ship my item by end of business 10-10-2025.
No response. Apparently "Anne" is a BOT too... or simply chose to ignore my email.
I've turned it over to my CC company as FRAUD.
I'll be filing other online complaints with the BBB,etc., etc. as well.
NEVER do business with this company!

If possible, I would of rated this a 0/5 but thats not an option so I'm placing a 1/5. I placed 3 orders, spent $1424 on three orders. Since August and I still havent recieved any of my products up to this date (10.03.2025). There is no solid access to a live representative for assistance, making it impossible to recieve any help from their store. I tried to contact them via their store phone, recieved no callbacks or support whatsoever and was instead redirected to their online bot. The bot is automated and did not solve my issues at all. They are using everyone's interest-free money to do other things and delaying the delivery time. f you can't wait and ask for a refund, you can not do this because you cannot reach them. It's a fraud company. It's impossible to get a return on your money when you buy from this website, I had to recieve my money back by contacting my bank. I highly do not recommend purchasing anything from this website as it's a complete waste of time and effort.

Scam artist company, asked for a refund after waiting a month and a half, told them I will use the money to buy the stock from the manufacture for 30$ more since they are having a sale. Completing ignoring me and trying to charge a RESTOCKING FEE even though THEY NEVER SHIPPED AND OR HAD THE PRODUCT a “FULLFILMENT” PARNTER TOOK MY ORDER WHAT A SCAM! Class action lawsuit soon hopefully

Really bad customer service. Takes several days to respond to messages. The order fulfillment is also bad - it may take up to 30 days to ship the item you paid for. I actually have a dispute filed with my credit card against Dack outdoors.

The order was never fulfilled because of an inventory error on DACK Outdoors’ end. I’ve contacted support multiple times (exchanges with Carsley and Anne) and this is now my second request for a refund — still no confirmation and no refund issued. Their automated systems and poor follow-up caused the problem, and their customer service has been slow and ineffective in resolving it. If this isn’t fixed promptly I will report the matter to the Better Business Bureau. Very disappointed.

This place is the absolute worst. It has been a month and a half since I placed my order with these clowns. They have fed me excuse after excuse. I finally initiated a chargeback so they can feel some of the pain. Stay far away from this bottom feeding company.

This company claims to process your order within 30 days. On day 30, they send an automated email stating they’re processing your order. In my case, shipping information never came, and they keep replying with non-answers to stall. GET A CREDIT CARD REFUND BEFORE THE 60 DAY WINDOW EXPIRES or they’ll keep a percentage. SCAMMERS.

DackOutdoors use the statement "Need it soon? We’re not your Huckleberry. Our shipments can take up to 30 days." when the fact is they have no intention of shipping your products within 30 days. They use these deceptive business practices to limit their culpability and hold your money, all while earning interest and hoping for order cancellations to increase their profit. If you have had similar experiences, please go to the ftc.gov website and report them. They will continue this behavior until someone stops them.

If I could give this garbage company zero stars I would . The lack of communication and pure ignorance is mind blowing. It took them over three months to ship my order but here is the kicker … I did not even receive what I originally ordered.
There is 99% chance they don’t have what you ordered in stock ;hence why it takes them years to ship to you . Lord forbid you have to actually communicate with someone. They are just blatantly ignorant or it’s gross negligence. I wanted to pull my hair out while I was dealing with these people . I would not buy a pack of gum from these scumbags . You have been warned !
