Needed to use it once so far for a fellow cyclist experiencing a tire puncture. Work easily and flawlessly to inflate to 100 PSI. Compare to other electric portable pumps, this one is relatively silent, a big plus if you hate loud screaming pumps!

Achat le 25/05/25 commande #7103 d'une pompe électrique Cyclplus AS2 PRO sur leur site.
Au bout de quelques mois, elle ne marche plus, le moteur tourne, mais aucun air ne sort.
Contact SAV, aucune réponse à ce jour.
Pour le prix oui, mais pour le SAV👎👎

Hola, hice una reclamacion porque me llego el pedido incompleto o erroneo, ya que me falta la pieza pequeña para cambiar tipo de valvula y el manguito no puedo usarlo porque no se adapta a mi modelo cycplus. Y no obtengo ningun contestacion a la reclamcion.

I bought a pump in September, I used it camping in June and it did an absolutely brilliant job of inflating my tent, the first time I have got the pressure right and thus the poles lost no air! On trying to recharge the pump it showed an error message. I contacted Cycplus who told me it could be low power output from the plug, made sense we were in France. I tried when home, again it showed a fault . On reporting the fault from home the company issued a replacement, I was told it would arrive in four days, it came in two. This was an absolutely brilliant response from the company, excellent help, excellent service i would highly recommend them, and the quality of the pump is superb, just a faulty one first time, these things can happen but the speed and response in solving it were outstanding. Thank you Echo and Steve. Brilliant

Contacted Cycplus after my pump developed a fault after 2 years. They were very responsive, asked for a video of the issue which I sent. They offered to provide a replacement which arrived within 4 days. Great customer service!

ho utilizzato il modello M1 per più di un anno ed ero soddisfatto. Purtroppo ho avuto un problemino dopo una ricarica. informato la ditta , anche se fuori garanzia gentilmente e con sollecitudine me ne hanno spedito uno nuovo. Specchio di una ditta seria. grazie di nuovo.

I have been using this fan since 27th April and it has been an amazing experience. highly recommend getting this fan. I paired it up with my trainer and hear rate sensor. I just need to get on the bike and start pedaling and the fan comes on automatically. I have it placed on the stand. Fan speed and airflow is really good and keeps me cool during intense sessions. I am in a really hot country and this fan with its directional airflow has made a massive difference in my indoor workouts. Shipping took 10 days.

Great electric mini pump! Works well while on the ride, saving lots of time and energy.
Just a hint: press it tightly agains rhe valve and hold it there, while the tire is inflating.
I had a problem with one pump, but that was solved by the customer service by an exchange.
Overall really happy!

I have ordered from Cycplus on two separate occasions. These folks make excellent, well thought out products that IMO stand out among their competition. On one occasion I had to contact them to which they quickly responded to my issue. I would buy from them again without hesitation! I look forward to see what they come up with next!

今回新しくAS2Proを入手しすごい進化を感じました。
まだ、ライド中のパンクには見舞われていませんが、その時は威力を発揮してもらえると感じます。
（あまりパンクはしてほしくはありませんが…）

Cycplus GPS Speedo. My unit sometimes takes 30 minutes to connect to a satellite and switches off after a few minutes of trying so has to be switched back on whilst riding to try again. My tiny Smartwatch has no problem connecting to a satellite instantly. Also Cyclpus switches off every time you stop. Absolutely useless for me so returned. Customer Service 'Steve' unhelpful.

I have had two dealings with Cycplus. On both occasions I received a result I did not expect. One the first occasion I had lost the connection to tyre. They replaced the item free of charge. On the second occasion I ordered an item to replace the lost item. It did not fit. It was difficult to send back and as a result wrote a poor review. How wrong I was. The company offered to refund the money without question and without me requesting a refund.i was happy to take the loss. In this changing world it is difficult to find a company with such a brilliant customer service.
Cycplus is excellent to deal with and wish the company every success in the future. With their customer service that success is guaranteed.
