Good quality and battery life.

Bought a Cyclic A8 Tire Inflator on a motor cycle event in the Netherlands. The device turned out to be defective.

I have contacted Cyclic Customer support. Without any additional questions I received a new inflater after 2 days. Great service!

Excellent product, even better customer support

I’ve been very happy with the CYCPLUS AS2 Pro. It charges quickly, is very easy to use, and is extremely portable, which makes it perfect to carry on rides. Battery life has also been excellent for my use — I can inflate more than 4 road bike tires up to around 65 PSI on a single charge. I’ve also found it to be accurate and very easy to handle.

On top of that, the warranty and technical assistance have been the best I have seen in the cycling industry since I started cycling in 1997. The team was super responsive, fast in their communication, and most importantly, effective in resolving the issue. That level of service is rare and made a very strong impression on me.

Great product and exceptional support

The CYCPLUS AS2 Pro is a really good product: fast to charge, accurate, easy to handle, and super portable. In my experience, the battery lasts for 4+ road tires inflated to around 65 PSI, which is excellent for such a compact pump.

What impressed me even more was the warranty and technical support. It has been the best I have seen in the cycling industry since I started cycling in 1997 — super responsive, quick, and very effective in resolving the issue.

Great experience and really nice product.
Super fast the pump and the recovery.

I'm generally happy with the 105 emulation. It works well with other devices. I've used it for a little over 100km and it feels good.

I bought the CyclePlus H1 arm-based heart rate monitor to extend the usable battery life of my Amazfit Active 2 for long endurance events.

I’ve now used it in two genuine long-duration outings: the Salzburg Marathon mountain event and Day 1 of the Ultra X Maroc 110 km. In both cases, the CyclePlus remained connected and showed no battery warnings after more than 12 hours of continuous use. That alone puts it ahead of most alternatives I’ve tried.

It also pairs easily with gym equipment and displays heart-rate data directly on the machines’ screens, which is a very useful bonus. The armband itself is comfortable and unobtrusive, even over long periods.

The only slightly fiddly aspect is charging, as it uses a proprietary two-pin magnetic connector. That said, this is no different in principle from similar armband monitors (such as Polar) that also rely on proprietary connectors. Having used both, I actually prefer the CyclePlus — primarily because of its endurance. I need equipment that lasts a full day, and this does so reliably.

More recently, I’ve paired it with a Suunto Ambit 3 Peak, where it has performed exceptionally well. It connects happily to older devices via Bluetooth, which is a big plus if you’re not running the very latest hardware.

I’ve had minor issues with the iOS app, but since the unit connects directly to my watches and gym equipment, this hasn’t affected real-world use at all.

Overall, this is a very comfortable, highly usable piece of kit, and in practical terms it’s far superior to the Garmin chest strap I own — which is less comfortable and largely locked into the Garmin ecosystem.

After-sales support has also been excellent. After losing the proprietary charging cable, I contacted the company directly. Without hesitation, they shipped two replacement cables free of charge.

I genuinely can’t fault this device. It’s my first CyclePlus product, but based on how well it performs and how good the support has been, I’d happily trust their other equipment too.

Love my little mini electric pump, super handy to have in my bag when I’m out cycling. Highly recommend.

Order was promptly shipped and everything was well packaged. So far I am happy with the product but this is only a short term usage view point so far.

In November 2025 I bought a cycplus AS2 Pro pump,but in January 26 went to use it for only the 3rd time and it failed to work,got in contact with Cycplus customer service, Vicky from Cycplus responded immediately,even though it was a New Year break,they tried to fix the issue with advice by email which sadly didn't work,but immediately arranged to send out a replacement,free of charge.We are all quick enough to moan when things go wrong,but rarely take time to compliment when things go right,I cannot fault this company's service and would highly recommend, just wish everyone I dealt with was as polite professional and helpful, thankyou very much Vicky and Cycplus.

I called due to an issues with my bike pump. After speaking with them, they sent out a replacement immediately and provided excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a bike pump due to quality products and great customer service.

Cycplus pumps are the best option.!!! I prefer them over other brands for their light weight and performance over time. Also outstanding about Cycplus is their customer service. They reply quickly and professionally on any issue. That alone is worth knowing before you buy any pump. I've used their small pocket version since it was launched a few years ago when nobody had one. The weight equals less than CO2 and is rechargeable.. so its a win. Also you can fly with Cycplus. Not CO2. I also have a larger Cycplus to inflate bikes and van tires. Its saved the day many times and performs well. If you are trying to decide which brand. Go with Cycplus. They are small, affordable light, durable, guarenteed and perform over and over.

The delivery was very fast, the website is easy to navigate and i am more than satisfied with the product.
