The Cushion app keep loging me out and keep blocking, can’t keep changing the password

Been with this company many years brilliant for work pension updates you when something has been added the layout makes it easy to explore the website

Good communication

Cushon have been a great help with helping to find all of my old pensions, still struggling with some but that is through no fault of Cushons.
Cushon is great for knowing where I currently stand with my pension part and its forecast for the future growth.

But I need the money deposited into my account

Excellent customer service, UK based. The people on the phone and on email know what exact answer to provide to customers. Succinct, to the point.
Great to have such companies that know their stuff and endure their customers are well informed.

Despite trying to tie all my pensions up and have them transferred to Cushon on their app no action whatsoever has been taken.

Rang the customer services line and it was like computer says no. When someone is not one bit interested in helping you soon get the vibe.

Very good experience with this company from start to finish. Extremely efficient and easy to deal with. Communication was very good every step of the way. My query was dealt with and resolved quickly and professionally. Excellent service and I would highly recommend

Used the Cushion transfer service to consolidate a few older pots.
