Poor service so far! Kept getting pension updates that make little sense on my workplace pension. Then emailed me saying I’m no longer paying in to it when I was. Now that I’m trying to transfer it to another provider received an email from 'Lewis' asking if I want to transfer all my pensions as I have supposedly multiple pensions with them. Advised then I only have one pension with them not multiple which they seem to think. Have chased them for an update but have not had the courtesy to respond. Have today received an email saying that I’m moving the pension to ‘a different mix of funds’ which I’m not. Seems an utter shambles.

I phoned nearly 3 weeks ago about my pension performance showing as a nonsense value in my dashboard. 95,391.96% increase? I don't think so, possibly not even into double figures. I was told they would get back to me, but haven't heard anything. had to phone back today. The person I spoke to was a bit useless, and I had to explain the issue multiple times. She told me she would forward it to the admin team again, and I should hear back within a few days. Not sure what the chances of that happening are, given it didn't happen last time.

I started a transfer in from my old pension. After 8 weeks I reached out for an update.

Ignored by the company. Chased my update request. Ignored once more.

Resorted to phoning only to be told the request had been rejected.

Cushon could not even be bothered to tell me.

I am glad it failed (an incorrect reference as the old plan had multiple) as it allows me to avoid accumulating my pensions with this company and use someone more interested in their customers.

I had made a withdrawal through their app from my stocks and shares ISA. Their website says it may take up to 14 working days. It has nearly been a month (18+ working days) since my withdrawal, and despite my requests for information on the progress of my withdrawals, I have had no response from them despite sending them messages on through their dedicated contact portal.

They said they would also mention any delays in responses to my queries in their automated reply, but its been a week and no one has gotten back to me. They simply do not care and do not care to get back to you. They should be doing better especially when people are entrusting their money to them.

App is user friendly

I needed advice about my pension and spoke to Lewis Nolan, a very helpful and friendly advisor who explained everything I needed to and also provided confirmation in an email. He also helped me get set up on the app. Thank you Lewis ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What made my experience great is that I dealt with the same person all the way through so I didn’t have to repeat myself because the person who was dealing with it knew all the facts

Excellent they listened. They took it all in and they helped me and told me to call them any time for any extra help or any information that I need I would highly recommend.

I wanted to withdraw some money which is taking out of my wages through employer each payday and put into account .I didnt realise I needed photo I'd to take out or I wouldnt have opened it as dont have any .I wad told to send birth certificate and bank statements which I did was told birth certificate wasnt good enough.i have gave them till 13/08/26 to get money in account or I will closing in ,reporting and going to another bank to deal with my isa
