I ordered the fabric to make cushions for a certain day and believe I ordered within a reasonable time frame to get the fabric on time. The fabric has still not arrived and is now overdue despite me ordering it a week ago. It will then take up to another 5 days with shipping once they’ve dispatched it, if they ever do. Quite frustrating because the cushion inserts arrived the next day from John Lewis after ordering on standard delivery which was great customer service. I can’t say the same for Jane Clayton.

Each sample is of a good size. Delivered quickly. I am likely to buy as a result

Jane Clayton is my go-to website for fabrics. Whether I'm looking for something affordable or something a bit more premium, I always find exactly what I need.

Most recently, I ordered 10 metres of fabric from the Outlet range to make table runners for a charity event. I also bought some gorgeous velvet to reupholster an office kneeling chair and make a few cushions. Yes, you really can reupholster office chairs – I transformed another one of mine in bright pink, and I love it!

Over the years, I've bought fabric and a rug from Jane Clayton, but never wallpaper, simply because I don't have any in my house. That said, the wallpaper selection is amazing, and I still find myself 'window shopping' just in case I come across a design I absolutely have to have. Then again, I'm probably more likely to put fabric on my walls than wallpaper – and I know exactly where I'd order it from. 😊

Their headboards and cushions look amazing too, although I tend to make my own. That just means I know exactly where I'll be going for inspiration – and, of course, for the fabric!

Jane Clayton had the wallpaper we had difficulty sourcing in the colourway we wanted. We didnt realise it had been dispatched under another company name which caused confusion but delivery was under 5 working days, much quicker than other companies quoted. Well packaged and we are very happy with our Oh Popsi paper. This company has a massive range of papers to choose from and we will be return customers. Recommended!

I can’t yet review the radiator cover as I haven’t yet received it. You used DHL to ship my purchase and they are a rubbish delivery firm they apparently couldn’t find my address the first time they came the second time I missed them by minutes ( my fault). Rather than risk them coming again and can’t find my property I am now going to my nearest DHL depot to collect it tomorrow hopefully they’ll have it. If you want to ask me to review it when I’ve got it I will do

I paid for rush shipping of samples. Website says 3-4 business days. I ordered them May 18. It is June 5 and I haven’t received them. That’s nearly 3 weeks.

This store not only has a huge variaty of good quality materials, but their service is also impecable every time. Im so glad I found you!

I ordered several samples if fabric for a bedroom Roman blind. All the fabrics are beautiful,good weight and will make lovely blinds, I'm just now spoilt for choice but will order once I have decided on the best colour.
The samples arrived swiftly and were well packaged,I would definitely order again should I want more samples.

I've sent for numerous wallpaper samples from this company. They have arrived quickly and beautifully presented in a folder.

Jane Clayton are a disgrace.
1. They don’t answer their phones, the line can ring out for over 15 minutes. I experienced this many times.
2. They offer a discount to entice you in but they apply small discounts on products that are literally always cheaper elsewhere. This is to avoid giving a 10% discount
3. The staff are unhelpful, literally clueless about their products. I noticed this when I asked for advice. The staff only provide polite dribble in calls giving useless information.
4. Nothing works well, they take your money despite stock unavailable. This means you buy in good faith and instead of getting the product delivered, I was told my wallpaper won’t be available until late June. Another one won’t be available until July so I cancelled my order. I still haven’t received my refund.
5. Manager Alex is rude and lacks charisma. He doesn’t help in any way; in fact he’s unhelpful, doesn’t apologise for delays and lied about their phones always being manned.
6. I gave £1,500 order to Wallpaper Sales after speaking to Alex. I would never use this company as their prices are much higher than other large online retailers.
