appalling customer service
appalling customer service. I have been trying to cancel an order for 4 days now. They have taken part of the money from my account and wanted more because I made an error in size, which is fine but I decided the price was too much. I got cut off on 2 phone calls couldn't understand what they were saying. The reply on the line was delayed by several seconds too. Still waiting for them to ring back or email. Very disappointed. Will be taking matters further.

Good quality cover but poor fit & functionality
Good quality cover, delivered in good time but the cover doesn’t have a drawstring all around the bottom as I had expected only a short run at either end which means the cover continually blows off the furniture - happy to add a photo if that helps? The cover has also been made a lot bigger than the measurements I gave so there is a lot of additional fabric, not the neat fit I anticipated. Overall I am happy with the quality & the company but disappointed with the fit & functionality.

Wrong thickness of fabric supplied
Ordered a 24oz thick tarpaulin, received a 12oz thick tarpaulin. They accepted their website had the wrong specifications, but after 25 emails, have been unable to get a refund.

A bit sceptical after looking around…but
A bit sceptical after looking around and getting quoted extraordinary amounts of money to get seat covers made, how was this so cheap and would it be of quality?
After checking out legitimacy and reading reviews, took a chance.
All I can say is absolutely brilliant product and service. Ordered, made and delivered earlier than stated.
During the production I had a query and the response was quick and efficient.
The quality of the product is as good if not better than shop bought and made well!
I will definitely be storing their site in my favourites and will recommend to all who need Covers and All.

Horrible to deal with
Horrible to deal with, order was put on hold. After chatting in the phone (that was an experience in its self). I went away to carry on with life. 3 weeks after a quick check up on the order. Still on hold for the same reason. Called them up and they were clueless. I was then told to wait another 3-4 weeks. Almost 6 weeks past the original delivery date, and to top it off. They are placing the blame on me.

Order never arrived, company don’t care.
One minute they’re replacing them next they’re sending pictures of supposed delivery.
I just needed cushions and covers not a headache. Now hundreds of pounds down sitting on a wooden bench,will be ordering from another company!

Bit of a faff sorting out all the measurements with their designer before cover went to production, but worth doing as the delivered cover fits perfectly. Excellent communication throughout the process and a good price. Website could do with some updating as it’s not clear VAT will be added at the end of the process as well as the optional extended care, which I could find no description of

Bought top end table cover - waterproofing of seams failed within a few months of use. Table and chairs underneath went completely mouldy. Covers & All offered no compensation for damage caused. False promises, under-delivered. Do not use this company.

Scam - avoid at all cost
This company states they can make custom shaped covers to measure. However, not only the "designers" are clueless and I had to actually guide them towards the correct solution, but also they also manufactured the cover wrongly, which ended up not fitting correctly. After spending my precious time recording videos and remeasuring just to prove my measurements were correct all along, this company and useless customer support reply with templated emails denying responsibility and providing a "kind offer" of 50% discount on a replacement with "correct" measurements.
Avoid at all costs.
