Holes not equal, looks awful
The cover has been supplied with holes that are not equally spaced which just looks awful!
Also requested within 24 hours was to have the holes spaced as requested on the width, but was told this was not possible as the item was in production, which was disappointing.

Accurate and fast

Custom cover for caravan
We ordered a custom cover to cover the slide-out boxes and stone guard screen on our caravan, the whole process was efficient with excellent communication to establish and check dimensions due to the odd shape. The finished product fits perfectly and is exactly what we wanted. A very good company to deal with and excellent customer service.

Awful customer service and finished product
My recent experience with Covers & All has been extremely disappointing, mainly due to the frustrating and repetitive customer service process.
The product arrived with obvious finishing defects and was poorly packaged. I immediately contacted customer service and provided multiple clear photographs showing the faults and the condition of the packaging before leaving for holiday. Despite already supplying this evidence, I was repeatedly asked for more proof, including videos, with no proper explanation as to why the original photographs were apparently not sufficient.
What made the experience worse was being assured that this would be a smoother and easier process than previous issues I had dealt with through email support. Instead, I found myself repeating the same information and being asked multiple times for evidence that had already been sent. I was later informed that the images previously shared could not be accessed or retrieved from their end, which only added to the frustration and made the whole process feel disorganised and inefficient.
To make matters more frustrating, I had already deleted the original images from my phone to free up storage space while travelling, assuming the evidence I had submitted had already been properly reviewed. Being asked to provide the same evidence all over again felt unreasonable and unnecessarily inconvenient.
Although the staff remained polite in their wording, the overall experience felt overly scripted, dismissive, and unnecessarily difficult. Rather than resolving what was a clear quality issue efficiently, the process seemed focused on repeatedly requesting more evidence instead of taking responsibility and resolving the matter.
For a company that promotes quality products and customer service, this experience fell well below expectations. Based on how this issue has been handled, I would not feel confident ordering from Covers & All again.

Seems like I’m talking to a robot with scripted responses. I made sure to ask if my replacement cover was the same material as my original. I was assured it was. It showed up different. When I emailed back about it I was continued the run around. Requesting images and videos. Which I already had issues uploading to your site. You should be able to see on the new order vs my original order that they are not the same material. Very frustrating.

The cover it self is fine but the pull cords are hopeless i had to secure the cover with two small ratchet straps because the wind kept blowing it off the sky light.
