We sadly did not have a good experience with this company. Have read many of the reviews here, I felt confident to order a pergola shade. I was initially bombarded with emails thanking me for my order and telling me when my order would be delivered and that I would be informed when it was in production and when it had been dispatched. Then nothing. I checked the order status on their site but it stayed stuck at ‘Processing’. The delivery date came and went. I emailed to enquire as to the status of the order and was eventually told that the material needed was out of stock. I then had an email saying that the status of the order had changed and I should check on their website. Again I checked and it was still showing that the order was at the first ‘Processing’ stage. I emailed a couple more times and was eventually told that my order would progress once the material was back in stock. I tried phoning the company and got a series of broken automated messages, a bit of ‘hold’ music and then the line went dead. This made me think that the whole operation was possibly a scam, so I phoned my bank who put on hold the funds I’d paid on my credit card. I almost immediately got an email from Covers & All saying my order was in production. I’m afraid I just didn’t trust it by this point and the order was cancelled. I know that there are many positive reviews for this company but it really didn’t work out well for us.

Excellent made to measure cover for our L shaped patio set. Quality of material and fit much better than I expected for a very competitive price. Would definitely recommend Covers & All.

I used Covers&all before and will always recommend them.
I wanted outside cushion covers for foam I had bought from GB Foam Direct and both companies did not disappoint.
Absolutely perfect and they completely elevate my outside seating from the old cushion.
Will be shopping for a cover to fit over the seating ready for the winter.

I ordered some covers to be made, partly based on the length of time they said they would be delivered, 9 days later, I had to reach out to them for an update (to be fair they replied the same day) but now they are saying it will take another 5-7 business days to complete and another 5-7 days for delivery which will be over 2 weeks from the date they originally supplied. I suspect that they are possibly having these made Abroad. BE AWARE and pay with a credit card so you can at least have some protection. Will update once resolved.

Really unimpressed so far - and not even received my order yet!

Ordered 2 weeks ago. Site claims 24-48 hours to make it, and then 'up to' 7-10 days to deliver.

Well, it took 10 days to make it, and it wasn't dispatched until day 11 after my order date.

...and dispatched from India. At no point did I get any communication about delays or issues.

Nowhere on the site did it say it was coming from India, unless you really dig down into the Shipping FAQ's - and even then it says it's *made* in India but shipped from their ... US warehouse ...

Totally misleading website - covered in British flags but is American company with India manufacturer and warehouse. Shipping date missed, and by the looks of it in their FAQ's, unless they got the SIZE wrong, they don't accept returns.

*Repeated delays (2+ weeks) when the company suggests fast dispatch
* Call centre not actually UK-based, despite implying otherwise
* No follow-up email after they promised one
* Call handler lacking basic knowledge of the company, possibly outsourced or just message-taking

All of the covers I ordered were custom made. One was an odd shaped curved cushion, so I took the measurements and hoped for the best. I am absolutely delighted with the covers as they all fit perfectly, the material is excellent and they look great. There was a slight delay with delivery, however they were made and delivered within two weeks. Would definitely order from here again.

Quite a long delivery timer but seat cover seems well made and comfortable. Could do with a 'cut out' to make it easier to plug in seat belt

Sent over the measurements for my custom mate cover and received the cover within 7 days great quality and great service 👍 100% recommend

Good products and the covers fitted well although the heights were a little too long touching the ground despite my measuring it shy by 3 cm.
Overall pleased with the results

Easy to measure and great service. I needed these plastic covers so my cats won’t ruin my 2 sofas when I’m out. They are very heavy duty and easy to put on and take off quickly

The cover for our oval dining table is the right size and looks like it will last for years, so the extra cost of these covers over the off the shelf items in DIY supermarkets is well worth it. I'm not sure why there is a pocket on each end, open toward the floor? Seems like anything would simply fallout. Also it would have been nice to have a means of securing the cover against blowing off in the wind. We have improvised with bungee stares.

Avoid at all costs. I ordered a sun sail over a month ago under the websites assurance that it would be delivered within 10-days. After 11-days, I called the company and was told that there was a 10-day delay and I was given a new delivery date of yesterday. I have not received the product and - speaking to customer services - am told that it will be another 10-days. At no point have I been informed or contacted. It seems that they are all too happy to take your money but then don’t provide a product or customer service.

I have no been informed that they do not have the fabric to make the sails. One month after ordering and having been given promises of delivery.

Avoid at all costs.

Expecting a full refund

Absolutely brilliant company to work with, website and measurement diagrams were simple to use.
Quick delivery and absolutely thrilled with my new covers...much cheaper than buying new furniture.

Ordered goods- advised delivery 17-04 - no delivery - no contact from company - chased up - unable to speak on phone just chat - told issue escallated and response in 24/48 hours - no response - chat again today 21-04 - told issue escalled again for response in 24/48 hours - well be advised

Update -
I always believe a company can make mistakes and the real way to measure is how they respond to an issue.
I am pleased to update that Covers&all did just that.
On highlighting my health, the reasons for ordering the cover and the impact on me at a difficult time they reacted quickly ensuring the item was completed and shipped in a speedy manner (from India but only took just a few days). On arrival the product quality exceeded my expectations in build quality and strength).
They also made a kind gesture on the price reflecting the issues I had faced.

As a result - well done to the team for a recovered customer service incident and as a result I would recommend them / use them again myself.

Placed order 8th April, with delivery confirmed as 20th April. On 20th I chase as the status is still showing in production but deliver date 20th. Reply confirms my order has not been shipped as estimated delivery date could be now up to 9 business days!
I am in cancer treatment and this shade was supposed to allow me to sit in my garden safe from UV, now I’m left wondering if I will receive anything at all let alone when having read other people’s experiences.

Cover fits well and seems high quality and well made. Hartman recommended this company to me.

Arrived before time ,well packaged ,and left in a safe place. Would definitely recommend to anyone else.
