The covers are too big and sloppy…
The covers are too big and sloppy looking and I thought the material was heavier because I order from you a few years ago. Given the price for custom I wish they fit better. I had to buy bungee cords to keep them in place.

Upon reviewing the order details, we can confirm that the cover was processed exactly as the order was submitted along with standard leeway. We can see that the fabric selected for this order was different from the fabric chosen in your 2021 order, although the previous fabric option was still available at the time of purchase. We also noted that tie-down options were not selected with this order, which is why the cover was manufactured accordingly. The fabric and specifications provided match the details mentioned on our website for the selected material. Order Delayed without notification
Have not received product yet but I do want to share that My Order delayed half a month, was not notified until i contacted them. A simple email would have been all that was required. I waited all day like an idiot. Regardless of quality which I am starting to hear is terrible on reddit…i will not use again.

Fabric didn't match digital sample
From time of order to delivery was quick. The build quality was pretty good. The fabric didn't meet my expectations as I paid for the considerably more expensive belenos material. The digital swatch for Kashmir blue didn't look at all like what I got both in color or visual texture.

burdensome customer service
I have never written a review before, but felt compelled to do so, in this instance. It was provoked in part by Covers&all handling of my concern about a leaking air bag. ( these air bags are promoted to create an air barrier and lift the furniture cover off the table top) .
The air bag leaked and deflated repeatedly. When I requested a refund/replacement, the representative requested that I inflate the airbag, place it in a bathtub full of water, record a video of the air leak, and download it to the company. It required special software to video this process. I felt this was an excessive burden of proof and abandoned my request. I have since resorted to purchasing out door pillows to create the desired barrier effect.
In addition, the custom designed table cover has leaked and allowed moisture through to the table top. It has been no more effective as a barrier than a previous cover purchased at a local hardware store for a third of the cost.
