I was trying to resolve a query over a transaction and my counting up chat bot wasn’t working, I sent an email from the wrong email address that wasn’t connected to my account. But Leah managed to find my online conversation anyway and still help me out with my query, advised me my best options and was very helpful and understanding! She is a credit to your team!
