A Reliable Partner for Small Business Finances
I’ve been using Countingup for the last three years, and overall, I am a very happy customer.
The invoice generation is, in my opinion, where this app truly shines. It is slick and professional. I love having the flexibility to:
Generate an invoice in seconds.
Send it directly via email.
Include a payment link so my clients can pay instantly.
Another huge plus is that the app sends proactive notifications regarding annual accounts and tax deadlines. Having those helpful reminders ensures I never miss a filing or get hit with a surprise penalty.
It’s worth noting that Countingup isn't a "do-it-all" solution just yet. Currently, it still cannot process foreign currencies and has limitations on making certain payments directly.
Because of this, I use it in combination with Revolut. I use Revolut for my international transactions and Countingup for my primary UK bookkeeping and invoicing. While I’d love to see these features added in the future so I could use one single app, I am still very happy to continue using them because the core features they do offer are executed so well.

Whilst we don't offer direct international payments within the app yet, we do have a partnership with CurrencyFair to help our customers manage those needs 🌍. We're always working to expand our features to make the "do-it-all" solution become a reality.
