Avoid the online experience, customer service is actually a dis-service. 1800 helpline is non existent .
Overall from purchase to failed delivery was a nightmare.

Absolutely dire. Wanted to try a fuel that my usual co-op don't stock, so I ordered a fuel delivery thinking these guys were a proper co-op. It's been six days and I just received a call from a local courier to say they'd be dropping off a pallet in my driveway. My usual co-op take 2 days max and always unload the coal into the bunker and do not charge delivery. Will not be buying from you again

Ordered a wheelbarrow and told it would be 3-5 days, 2 weeks later still no delivery. Company has no phone number nor does it use tracking so its impossible to trace the delivery. Communication is via email and you would be quicker walking.

Save your money and DO NOT USE this company!!!

Middleton store. After waitin 2 months for a replacement item I cancelled the order. Now it seems it will be equally difficult to get a refund. Wonder how they are still in business. KEEP WLL CLEAR is my advice.

Looking for a pressure washer , looked at my local midleton store on line , seen the one I wanted. Rang store 3 times 1 minute 30 second each time .phone rang out . Got a automated America voice .

Delivery on time. Excellent customer service. I wasn't able to get through on the phone line when checking on my order but the email response was quick and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Very poor. Made an order, got a confirmation by text.
The next day they cancel my order without even a notification. I had to click back to see the status in the link they sent in the text.
Tried calling to find out why it was cancelled but no answer at any time of day

I always enjoyed going to the co-op store with my mother. The breadth of stock is remarkable.
She bought an electric lawnmower and it was great but when I went to use it this year it didn't work. I wrote to the store and the manager contacted me with such a genuine, empathetic and understanding manner.
He had the battery replaced and the lawnmower is as good as ever.
Great service from the Co-op in Raheen.

Extremely slow delivery , wouldn't have ordered online had I known it takes four days from Cork to Galway

Bought 6 bulbs on-line they send me 4 different ones then ordered without any notice. Now they don't respond for emails.
Poor customer service
First and last purchase from this company. Stay away

Bought a pair of boots online from them during the week & in stock , boots were €15 plus €4.75 P&P ,
got a immediate email confirming and ready to ship to me , money taken from bank straight away , saying I'd have within a week , following day got a follow up email telling me of a refund within 10 day to my bank & I'd have to email them for reason why , long and short of it was they tell me it was a mistake on their behalf and boots were never in stock .
Customer service is practically nil and they just seem to fob their customers off.
I will never ever deal with them again , a joke of a company.

Very poor delivery experience for Tumble Dryer order.

No notification of dispatch or an intended delivery date. The driver just phoned to let me know he would be at the address in 5 minutes. Unusually, I was there but easily could not have been.

Dryer was dropped on the driveway. I asked the driver to take away the pallet but he refused.

Co-op's delivery charge is one of the most expensive - €50 when both Harvey Norman and Curry's are €29.99. I expected a better delivery service than I received.

Will not be using again.

I want to Gloucester Co-Op in Longlevens this morning. I went to the till and the cashier Gemma left the till as I approached. I said to her shall I use the self service tills as she was busy. Those words were a red rag to a bull of which I got the brunt of. She stated that they were not in use until tomorrow. I replied I did not know that but what a great idea they were. Gemma went on a rant that the tills were doing her out of a job, the people with disabilities and the elderly cannot use them and she cannot stand them. I said it was personal choice to use them as there are always tills. She was fuming she was not consulted over them and then proceeded to ask the lady behind me her opinion while serving me. If this cashier is so unhappy she needs to get another job. She is lucky to have a job as no one else would employ her with such a loud over opinionated gob. Not customer focused. Did not tell me how much I had to pay. I checked the till. No please or thank you. I for one will be grateful of the self service tills so I do not have to encounter her loud mouth rudeness again. Appalling service.

Worst customer service ever.
I had been walking around for between 15 minutes to 20 minutes looking for a sealant strip for around my bath, (which I had a leak and I have been trying to fix it since yesterday Sunday) Not one attendant to be seen on the floor yet 5 store attendants standing behind the counter talking, I approached the counter to find a couple of head turns to look at me and and again turn away, after a minute of standing I politely asked if anyone was on the till.This is when John goes ok I'll serve you.
I asked if they had flexi seal, In which John goes very rudely Nahhhh, I laughed at the extreme rudeness, and purchased the spanner and asked if he knew what flexi seal was, in which the response again was Nahhhh, I asked he's name and he responded John and walked over to talk to he's colleagues again.

Can someone please explain what customer service is this. I have been shopping here for years and have spent a lot of my hard earned money in this shop, I have also completed works for the company in which I work for in this shop and have always thought of this man demeanor to be toxic.

COOP Parkgate Hampshire is a excellent store & staff always helpful.

This is by far the worse experience I have had shopping online. Weeks after I placed and paid for my order, nothing arrived. It was impossible to phone them, as they just dont bother answering, and they didnt respond to my several emails, until I threatened to prosecute. My order arrived a few days later, but no i struction booklet with it. I have not bothered asking them for it...Stay clear of that awful company. They dont deserve to have any customers, seeing the way they treat them!

AVOID , SCAM Item ordered 2022-06-04 still not delivered, no reply to email
