I bought 3 pairs of Burgon and Ball garden shears with a 10 year guarantee. They were great quality and I was very pleased with them. When there was a little problem with one pair a year after I bought them, I found Co-Op Superstores super quick getting back to me. The after care service was second to none and I received replacement shears within a few days of contacting them. I highly recommend this company for excellent quality products and service.

Excellent service, I ordered the picnic table on the 18th of August it was on special offer absolutely great value for money 1800mm 6 person picnic table. The sevice and delivery was fast and without any hassle. I would definitely buy off this company again. I would recommend 100%

I odered 2 pairs of Cloggies from Co-Op Superstores. The ordering process was very easy. The pricing was competitive, especially with an newcomers discount. (Although it was applied somehow I never got a code to enter) The delivery was next business day. What I ordered was exactly what I received. All very painless and overall a good experiemce.

Shocking service. Made an order, paid, had no correspondence, 4 days later I get a random refund notification again with no correspondence no communication, nada zilch. Shocking stuff.

I will never use this site again and id recommend everyone else to stay miles away from it.

My initial purchase was for wire garden fencing and metal fencing posts.
I ordered the fencing online and my order was cancelled because of insufficient stock 😞
I then tried online again and found the stock in their Clondrohid store .
The site would not let me purchase it online, so I phoned the store on Clondrohid and they accepted the order over the phone.
The reason given to me by the person on the phone was that Co Op stores don't do fencing deliveries from the store.
The store arranged a courier service to deliver the fencing without any issues 10 days later.

Low and behold 😁
YES 🥳
They had it in stock 🥳
I ordered another €740 worth of fencing and they took the online payment and everything was puuuuurfect 😻

Roll on 6 days later
I receive an email from them cancelling the order .
Reason being insufficient stock 😡

I went online again and found the items in 2 of their stores

I called one of their stores and tried to purchase the items over the phone
BUT 😡
They could not fulfil the order using the payment the they took off me 6days ago 😡

I now have to wait another 5 days before the refund hits my account.
That almost a 2 week delay from them.
I have now found the exact same product in a store called Irish wire fencing and it's even cheaper than the co op superstores price 🥳

I will never deal with this company again 😡

I ordered from the Co Op store on Thursday night and delivery was to be between 5/8 working days. To my surprise it arrived this morning and very well packed . I will definitely be recommending this company and using it again. Well done and the price was really good.

Amazing service.
Bought a pair of boots arrived next day. Wrong size I i bought another and again came next day with the refund in progress for the first pair. Any staff member I spoke to couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. A true testament on how to treat and speak to people. 10/10

Bought a spare battery for my lawnmower. Came two days later- fully charged.

Thanks to the lads in the Parteen branch. I wanted a Webb Eco 4a battery but the website said 'collect only'. After speaking to them, they modified the website to allow for post and packing and I have been able to complete the order to include delivery. Again, many thanks to you in Parteen, you've been a great help!

I can't comment on the customer service as my online order went very smoothly so I didn't need any special assistance. I ordered a Dimplex dehumidifer for delivery to Dublin. I have no experience with Co-Op Superstores in person, but the price was a lot better than any local supplier in Dublin so I said I'd give it a go. Delivery was free as the item was high value, which I was delighted by. I placed the order on a Wednesday morning and it was delivered by DPD in Dublin the following morning, pretty impressive! It arrived in perfect condition, good product, am very happy with everything.

Co op superstore website is very easy to use my order is on the way one day after ordering it I usually don't shop online as I live in the area but needed a delivery as the piece is big and heavy but will be visiting my nearest store in raheen to purchase plants ect for the winter months very happy with the discount I received

Bought a Navimow with free garage.
Registered for the garage but never came. 5 weeks later and no response.

Mower itself it good and easy to set up.

The package arrived in good time ..but what I received was unacceptable...I got 2 peices of rope,2 different sizes and the adhesive was so old the tape was coming away from the rope...I contacted the company, but got no reply.
