Not delivered on time
Bought an engine lift with next day delivery, 2 days later and not even a tracking number. Rang them and was told that they dont offer next day delivery, only next day postage but their website still says "next working day delivery when ordered before 1pm monday to friday" this was at 12 on wednesday. Not only did they not keep to their word of next day delivery and left us hanging, they also lie about what they guarantee.

We would, however, like to clarify how our next-working-day delivery service operates. While we aim to have eligible orders delivered on the next working day, the service is subject to a number of conditions, including product availability, the delivery location and courier service availability. Delivery times can also occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control once an order has entered the courier network.
We had also experienced exceptionally high order volumes following a busy promotional weekend immediately prior to your order. This placed additional pressure on our normal processing times and contributed to delays in getting some orders processed and dispatched. While this does not alter the inconvenience caused, it is relevant to the circumstances surrounding your order.
We are particularly disappointed that you were left without clear tracking information and that, when you contacted us, the distinction between next-working-day delivery and next-day postage was not explained to you more clearly. We can understand why this would have caused confusion and frustration.
Our website refers to next-working-day delivery for eligible orders placed before the stated cut-off time, subject to the applicable delivery conditions. We appreciate your feedback regarding the clarity of this information and will review the wording to ensure that the relevant conditions and limitations are as clear and prominent as possible.
We value customer feedback and appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and will use your feedback to improve both our communication and the clarity of our delivery information going forward.
Great Support from Technical Team
I had a very positive customer experience when dealing with the IGE Technical Team of Eugene, Jordan and Vaka. I was searching for a particular part and not having any luck. When I contacted the Technical Team, Eugene responded to say they would try to help. I got another update a few days later to say they had the part and could post it out to me. They truly went above and beyond to help which I am really thankful for. Thanks also to Warren and Bernard who promptly helped with invoice and payment processing. Well done to the staff at IGE for their great customer service.

Excellent after sales service

I bought a petrol multi-tool online in March, but didn't actually use the hedge cutter attachment until August, at which time it developed a problem. I was very pleasantly surprised at how the technical department (& Eugene in particular) dealt with my issue. Their response was fast, efficient & courteous. I was sent a replacement within a couple of days which unfortunately got broken in transit. I contacted Eugene again, & within days I received another replacement. The speed, efficiency & correspondence (via WhatsApp) was second to none. I live in N. Ireland & had no difficulty whatsoever dealing with this Dublin based company, and allowing for the Euro difference, the Hyundai multi-tool worked out cheaper than the same item from the UK supplier, who didn't deliver to N. Ireland anyhow. I can strongly recommend this company based on their wide product range, great value, & top rate after sales service.

Don’t waste your time with these lads…
Don’t waste your time with these lads bought a hedge cutter of them first time I tryed it ,it broke asked for a refund the following day after receiving it and wouldn’t give it due to it being started when it broke then asked to send out the parts and they won’t do that either without sending hedgecutter back up to them ended up having to hire 1 for a week due to there messing around asked for a manager to contact me and didn’t do that either so just stay clear

We would, however, like to clarify the circumstances for the benefit of anyone reading this review.
When you contacted us to report that the hedge cutter had failed, we explained that the product would need to be returned to us so that we could inspect it and establish the cause of the failure. This is necessary before we can determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturing fault, damage, misuse, or another cause, and consequently what remedy is appropriate.
We were not refusing to assist you or refusing a refund. We explained that we could not authorise a refund or send replacement parts without first receiving and inspecting the product. This is a standard part of our returns and warranty process and ensures that we can deal with the matter fairly and correctly.
We appreciate that you were inconvenienced by having to hire another machine while the matter was being dealt with, and we are sorry for the frustration this caused.
Our aim is always to resolve genuine product issues as quickly and fairly as possible. Had the hedge cutter been returned to us as requested, we could have inspected it and progressed the matter accordingly.
We remain happy to resolve the issue and would encourage you to contact our customer service team so that we can arrange the return and investigate the product properly.
