We ordered a Bookshelf and Large TV unit. Some part for Bookshelf were damaged but customers service was great and after a couple of day we received new parts. TV parts didnt have any stickers on them and hard to assemble but customer service again exceeded my expectations. The girl was lovely and helpful. We got a partial refund. To be honest I experienced a fantastic customer service every time I rang them and that was so helpful. These days you dont receive this kind of kind support and our issue was resolved very fast. Definitely recommended

Mixed messages from customer service trying to return item. Now being ignored when the package was returned on April 8th.
Update: per the response from wayfair- nobody on the team attempted to contact me, ironically I only got a response after leaving this review.
I have been trying to return a piece of furniture that cost over €600 for more than three weeks, and the customer service has been terrible. I received conflicting information throughout, was first told I had to arrange and pay for the return myself, then told the company would arrange collection within 48 hours, but nobody ever contacted me.
My account later marked the item as “non-returnable” just one day before the 30-day return period expired, and incorrectly says the return was initiated on 8 April, even though I had been contacting the company for weeks beforehand.
Because of the company’s delays and poor communication, I had to arrange a last-minute courier myself and pay an extra €101 return fee. The item has been returned, but my account still shows it as pending and I cannot get any update. Emails have been ignored and customer service just redirects to a chatbot. Very disappointing service overall. I would recommend buying elsewhere.

Since then it’s constantly delayed nobody can tell me when it will be shipped never mind delivered. One more week and I will be requesting a full refund and go to a legitimate company. Putting here so other people are not disappointed
