Very unhappy with clothes airer 4 arm 60 m, it is low quality junk no ground spike or cover included either, not worth 45 euro i paid, also the item arrived damaged i do not recommend. I should of read all the very bad reviews before i purchased.

I was in Midleton Co Op looking for a hose (a particular brand recommended to me by my gardner). I also wanted a soft car brush to attach. Another brand had the car wash brush, but not the one I was buying. They could have easily sold the other brand car wash brush, but they made sure to check with an expert if it was compatible (which it wasn't). Generally I get very good customer service and good deals when I visit the Co Op in Midleton.

I am absolutely furious. I purchased a new Hisense washing machine in July 2025 and it is broken already. I notified coop in Mallow last Friday and I still haven't heard from the engineer who is meant to be coming to fix it. I have a family of 5 and haven't had a washing machine for a week and all the coop have done was told me I have to wait for the engineer. Well so much for supporting local. I will be taking my business else where from now on.

I order bucktons x 4 boxes every fortnight & never have had a problem in the past but this time two out of the four boxes had been attacked by mice … 10 fat balls eaten from one box & seven from the other. Very disappointing to say the least !! Have placed another order of four boxes again but if they are delivered and I find the same problem i certainty won’t be ordering same ever again from this Co.

Customer service is a joke, they won't tell you when you're likely to receive your order, fob you off stating the courier will ring you the day before, and then they'll just ignore your emails when you ask for an accurate date/time. Spent just shy of 900e and just by pure chance I happened to be at home when the courier arrived completely unannounced. Will NEVER use them again. I spent another 1000e with TJ O'Mahony on another big relateable order at 5pm yesterday, ( business that CO-OP could have had, only for their non-existent customer service), and was told it would arrive the next morning, which it did bang on 8am this morning, that is a service leagues above this crowd. Guess who'll be getting at least another 2000e of my business in the coming weeks? It won't be CO-OP. Once we have your money, we don't give the proverbial. Way to go.....

I’ve seen many bad reviews around their online store and delivery times. I can safely say to anyone I had a really smooth experience. The only issue I saw was you don’t get an automatic notification to say your item has been dispatched, however after a quick email to them, Luke got back to me very quick confirming the dispatch and sending me all the delivery information.

Just got my order, ordered dinner plates.ordered 9 ,didnt receive any email to tell me only 7 in stock just got email saying i would get a refund. The 7 arrived this morning with 2 in pieces. Now i dont have enough for christmas dinner

Horrible experience. Placed an order, got confirmation, went to the stores to collect two days later and the store said they didn’t have the product, they emailed the e-commerce saying they didn’t have that in stock but never came back to me. Wasted my time going to the store far from my house for nothing, now I have to find it somewhere else while my money is still with them, absolutely nightmare and bad experience. Never buy online from this place anymore.

Got confirmation of my order &told to wait for collection email. Waited & has not come yet, three days later. Went in to coop ourselves after 2 days to collect, refused as we hadn't email for collection to show. We wanted item, went to shelf & got it & paid at counter! What an ecomerce set up! Thank God it was a small purchase! Also I find the search engine very poor when searching for many items, that I know are stocked but just don't show up! Customers for decades! Very disappointed or is everyone on preparing for Óiche Shamhna, coming up!!

Superb customer service! Efficient and prompt delivery. I needed another solar light and Rob couldn't have been more helpful! He doubled checked to make sure I had the correct match, dispatched it and followed up with email. Was my first time ordering online and will definitely use again. Fantastic service

Update,finally I received the mop and bucket,thanks to a very helpful staff member which is very refreshing considering my last experience

Great online customer service. Rang in about a fan, man I spoke to had great product knowledge and was very helpful. Ordered it and had it in 2 days, I'll definitely be ordering again.

Bought a Hedge Trimmer online. Got an email same day advising out of stock and would have to wait 10 days to get refunded.
Checked on their website and item is still listed as in store
